It took Ken Grody Ford 7 (SEVEN) months to replace a blown engine on a **** Cmax, which was under extended **** warranty. When I finally get it back, next day while driving, an engine light came on, which showed several codes for engine malfunction. Contacted service adviser, ****, to find out what to do because I was about 70 miles from home. He text me and said it should be safe to drive home.. I called and left message asking what to do next? He said bring it down so they can test it. I explained I waited 7 months for that car and Im not gonna spend all day or several days (and hundreds of miles driving) to sit at the dealership. Im still waiting to hear from them!!! No one answers their phones and no one returns phone calls! I wish I read these reviews before I had my car towed there. ??

On January 13th, 2023, I went into Ken G**** of Ford to see about the possibility of purchasing a vehicle. I did sign a document stating that Ken G**** Ford is who I am applying for a car loan with. After spending about five minutes hearing Michael P***** jiggle all the numbers around in loan offers. I finally got up and went home. When I returned home, I seen that there are seven other banks on my Experian account that says I applied for credit with them. So I did make a report to the Office of Attorney General of California and when I received a mailing from The California Office of Attorney General in the return mailing back from The Office of Attorney General California it shows that Michael P***** had slipped two other documents that I was not shown on January 13th, 2023. On the second page labeled C-2 Dealer Track it shows that I agree to submit this application and any other application to other banks that Ken G**** Ford Dealership discloses to me. I was not told of any other bank my word of mouth nor by paperwork when I was there on January 13th, 2023, I find that what Michael P***** did was deceitful into doing one thing, that is to demolish my credit report with numerous bank loans. bank loans that I did not authorize may I remind you. I have been denied credit from what I believe is from the inquiries. On document labeled attachment B it shows that that Michael P***** statements does not show he was checking another bank. Also when I went into the financial office Michael P***** had everything ready for me. Which means he made eight bank loan offers on his own without my permission while I was waiting in the lobby to call me in Under Penal Code § 502 PC, unauthorized computer access is a crime in California when it involves accessing another person’s or company’s computer, data, software, or a computer network without permission. This includes: altering, damaging, deleting, destroying, or otherwise using any of the data.

This dealer is the worse dealer in all of FORD. I was trying to find out the status of the BRONCO order and since RORD needs its customers to switch from a Wildtrak to other trim with limited options, i was continuing to make multiple following ups with Rene & Chris Rivas and this is the response i received on 3/15/23. I finally rec'd 2 responses. First response: "Good day Peter, this is Rene, and sorry for my delay response, I was out of the office. You will need to speak with Christ Rivas only, since we don't have a good communication between us. I will no longer handles your account, he will." Then i received a 2nd response, below "Hi Peter, I just wanted to let you know that Christ is out today, and he will be here tomorrow, however he just call me about another customer and I mentioned to him about you, and he told me to let you know this. If and when your vehicle gets here, we will notify you, mean time if you have any further questions, please call the dealership and ask for our General Manager, his name is Chad C*****."

Price gauging. Called and sales rep said they are marking up the Mavericks over $10k on the MSRP price.

On December 5th 2021, I purchased an F-150 5.11 edition truck from the Ken Grody Ford dealership in Redlands. The next day the check engine light appeared and I returned it to the dealership. When I returned the truck I was approached by the general sales manager Kerwin **** and salesman Octavio I***** and was offered 20k to keep the truck but I rejected the offer because I was not comfortable with buying the truck and taking the money. On December 31st 2021, I returned and purchased an F-150 Roush edition truck. When I bought the truck, a free bed liner and detail were thrown into the deal. The dealership was supposed to call me and schedule an appointment within the first week of January. I waited 2 months and received no call until I called the salesman Octavio I***** to ask if I haven't received a call and he told me that he would look into the situation. On February 24 2022, I dropped off my truck with 898 miles. On the 25th of February, when I went to pick up my truck, it was given to me toward the back of the dealership, with 921 miles and no mention of a scratched window when I notified the guy at the service department about this damage he quickly said “i'll get you a new one” I asked him if he could call a supervisor or manager. By the amount of miles shown, the unknown phone connected to the bluetooth and the sales manager saying that the services were not done at the dealership, I had realized and told him that I was never asked or informed that the truck would ever leave the dealership therefore I did not consent to the truck leaving the premises causing the Ford Ken Grody dealership to be at fault and responsible for any damages. The sales manager, Kerwin **** and I talked about the damages and he told me that he was going to fix the problem with his staff and would give me a call on Monday to find a solution for the problem. I never received a call from him on Monday until I called the salesman Octavio I***** on Tuesday night where he told me that it
