            Business owner ******** ( ***************************) pretends to be a Paralegal for family law. Will be extremely communicative until she receives the money and will ghost you shortly after. Not only does she pretend to be working on your case but also will state she is ill and going through health issues. *************************** should be prosecuted for the amount of money she probably takes from people in need. I have attached pictures of our communication for the past 3 months where she states that she will work on my case and that everything is complete, but it is ALL A LIE!!! This is definitely a scammer.

            *************************** totally took advantage of the situation of my BK prepare chpt 7 paperwork.Once I paid her $350 she ignored my calls, said she mailed it. Did not provide me with any tracking information.She should not be allowed to do this service for people in distress.She is a scamer with fake credentials. Hoping to get a sucker like myself who trusted her from her warm words by phone.Their was no indication she would do this.BUYER BEWARE...NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS, IT'S LIKE SHE DROPPED OFF THE **** OF THE EARTH.I'M HAVEING FINANCIAL WOES AND SHE TOTALLY TO ADVANTAGE OF MY $350 WITH NO PAPERWORK AFTER 40 PLUS DAYS.SHE'S A LYER AND THEFT. FAKE REVIEWS IM SURE.I HOPE YOU GET WHATS COMING TO YOU ******* I DID NOT DESERVE THIS TREATMENT.... BIZIE LADY ALRIGHT, BIZIE SCAMING THE POOR...

            I originally mailed the client his bankruptcy documents and they were returned to me several weeks later due to additional postage needed. I resent the paperwork back out 3 days later and stated to the client I never received the package returned by the post office the second time around. I have checked with the post office a couple times and they have stated mail is backlogged, but will eventually be delivered. I even offered to mail the client some of the paperwork that does not require my wet signature, but the client refused to accept it in parts. I have assured the client that I have been doing bankruptcies for 18 years, and have never had a problem that could not be resolved. I later offered to refund the client his $350 in a money order, via mail. And stated if he again does not receive the money order by mail, I will not be held accountable.
