    5 current tenants have had on-going mold problems in our homes. Wedgewood has been aware of the mold problem for years yet they have refused to do anything about it. They refuse to even acknowledge the presence of mold despite incredible amounts of proof (photos and mold tests). Currently there are 5 tenants (including myself) with visible mold in our homes and several previous tenants who broke their leases due to mold. After those tenants moved out management allowed new tenants to move in without doing Mold Remediation. Due to their negligence my home is now covered in mold, including furniture, clothing, appliances, walls, and more. Several of my items are irreplaceable. I have asked several times to be let out of my lease with no penalty but management refuses. This on-going issue has caused me incredible stress which has affected my work and mental health.I live at The District Apartments by Wedgewood in ******, **.

    I have contacted this company serveral times. I feel like because its a big company no one cares. This company mange a house in my neighborhood that was bought at a foreclosure. Now squatters have taking over the property and nothing is being done about the matter. A number of neighbors are moving out of the neighborhood, and we have yet to receive any type of information from this company.

    I am renting from a property managed by Wedgewood and have been repeatedly charged late fees on balances that are should not be there. I have talked to 2 different people regarding the issue where utilities are being back dated to the month prior. All 3 times I am told that there was an issue with billing and that I don't owe a balance but I still get charged a late fee. I can't even pay my balance online because of these incorrect charges and I am constantly wasting my time having to go up to the office only to find out that no one is there and no one can get to the phone.
