            On 2-July, 2022 my husband and I traveled on Aegean airlines from ****** to *******. We were forced to check our carry-on bags and pay a baggage fee. When we got to our destination our bags had not made it, we only had a backpack, no clothes, toiletries, or essentials. Over the course of the next 4 days while still in ******* we were unable to get any communication from Aegean or a location of our bags. On the 6-July we were notified via the Aegean app that our bags had been located, but no further information or contact was given. The airline was unable to track our bags throughout the entirety of this time. We traveled back to the US, where we live, with no bags or communication. We repeatedly had to call the airline to try and track our bags where we spoke with very rude customer service agents who hung up on us and told us to keep waiting. Along with phone calls, we sent multiple emails to the airport lost and found that got no response. An email was sent to us on the 15-July that our bags were leaving ***************** with no arrival location, arrival date, or time. We had to go to our local airport 3 times to get our bags as they both did not make it on the flight and the airline did not communicate anything to us, we had to continue showing up every day to see if they were there. According to Aegean Airlines policy, we should be receiving a daily stipend of 40 euro for delayed luggage. Our luggage was delayed from 2-July to 18-July. I have tried to contact Aegean Airlines multiple times since July with no response or follow up to our claims. When I speak to their customer service they tell me to send an email and they cannot help me.Lost / delayed baggage: ***** euro Checked baggage fee: 40euro/person = 80 euro Total amount to be paid from Aegean: ***** euro, $1426.67 USD

            My checked in bag was damaged, I reported it to airport and submitted claim by email. Below is the response from Aegean:Thank you for contacting us!We have registered your message under the Unique Identifier Number 220801-000015..Our aim is to address all incoming queries, the latest, within 10 working days. Please note that processing times vary as a result of research or internal investigation.-It has been over a month already, I have emailed Aegean and call it multiple times, but no response/update from it at all Please contact me, and provide reasonable compensation

            My *********** traveled from *** on Delta flight DL212/KL6031 to ****** on 6/30/2022 & we were supposed to connect to Aegean flight A3116 From ****** to ************ *** on 7/1/2022 at 1:10 pm but my flight from *** was delayed so I didn't make my connection in ******, my connecting flight was then switched to SkyExpress by Aegean WITHOUT OUR AUTHORITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Upon arrival in ************, my checked bag #********** DID NOT MAKE IT, I have VERY important medicine & irreplaceable items. After contacting SkyExpress on multiple occasions we received correspondence saying that Aegean was responsible to take care of our reimbursements and we never received our suitcase back causing an awful trip & no clothing or personal care items. We were forced to buy all new gifts at duty-free shops, toiletries, meals, clothing, & all personal care items for our time in ******. I cannot express in words how terrible this was. Our bag is currently in ****** and we are home in ******** with our vacation ending. Attached are the receipts for all our reimbursements. We expect Aegean to do the right thing for us regarding the problems. Aegean never gave us the option to rebook and canceled us while we were in the air! In addition to the receipts, the airport told us that Aegean would be issuing $40 a day for the inconvenience. We will expect that was well.Thanks
