    **** website! I paid for a subscription and they never provided my account access to it. Yet the took funds from my bank account. They have no contact information other then sending them an email. They just give excuses. This company is committing fraud

    I called Epic during the pandemic and decided to stop using their trial version and use their website to enroll. A year later I got charged for renewal, they never told me I was going to get charged without a previous email warning or something...I immediately tried to cancel and there are no links or buttons that help you do that, so I went ahead and submitted a ticket for them to contact me, they never did.. I tried looking for phone numbers, etc and nothing.... a year later again I'm getting charged ..two or three months ago I reached out to them to request a ticket knowing they were not going to get back to me. As I'm typing this review I have their website open on a laptop not an app or tablet but an actual web browser to make sure I'm not missing anything on their website.. their help questions tell you how to cancel their subscription but when you go to your account setting and go to manage account, those buttons don't exist... they do have a nice box where you can input a new form of payment, they even have an apple subscription button option but nothing on canceling subscription, this company is purposely stealing money at this point. All these BBB complaints tell you that. I'll be reaching out to the school district and we are going to start making parents, school administrations and teachers aware of this app. Because teachers using it is what got us to trusting this company that at this point is acting dishonest. Again there are specific instructions on how to cancel only to find out there is not such button or link.

    My son signed up for something from this company at some point doing online school stuff. I am a single mom, I was charged $69.11. I have emailed their help line NUMEROUS TIMES, 20+ & have not yet received back an automated message! Not one damn response. My bank couldn’t reverse this transaction. I want my money back! $69 is a lot to some people. This company seems like a pile of shiiot! No phone number & no response to their help line is bullshit!!

    **************** is non-existent. I did not sign up for annual renewal but was charged for it and any attempt to contact customer service through Email to cancel the account doesnt get answered. I think it is shameful that a company who is promoting themselves as a betterment for children would have horrendous support. The other reviews on this site let me know the company is being run by scammers and apparently no one cares. Any help would be appreciated. Buyer beware!

    This is not a trustworthy company. They offer a "7 Day Free Trial" that can be cancelled anytime within those seven days. Their website does not allow the customer to access any place to cancel the subscription nor do they provide any way to contact them. I signed up for the "free sample" on 11/01/2024 and tried to cancel on 11/05, 11/06 and 11/08 without success. I did receive confirming emails from ****! that they received my emails but no cancellation occurred. The only phone number I could find for Epic! has been dis-connected. I do not understand how a "company" like this can operate as a legitimate organization.I would like my money back.

    We've used Epic since COVID became a thing. We still use it, as my special needs kiddo is able to navigate and have the books read to her. My youngest LOVES it as well. I was simply after a formal invoice copy to submit for reimbursement to our homeschool co-op. After some internet sleuthing I discovered a phone number for EPIC, that is actually a fax number. I found this profile on BBB to confirm the phone number and address and then called the ************, CA ************************* for more digging. Their Business License expired this year on 6/30/2024 and they have not renewed according to the woman I spoke with on the phone at the *********************** at 650*780*7214, she confirmed the street address at the ************************************** also confirmed to me that they closed their business in September 2023!! They just recently charged my card and my kids use this several times a week. I was simply looking for a receipt for reimbursement and now I am closing my account and requesting a new credit card number to keep them from continuing to charge me beyond today. I am requesting a refund through my credit company instead as I have been waiting 3 weeks for a response from their customer service contact on the main *********** website. What a cluster F.

    Customer submitted an automated delete request of an email August 2022. Customer never submitted a cancellation request for the subscription. We reach out to the customer to determine how they would like to proceed.

    Correction, customer reached out advising that she requested cancellation in August 2022 on June 12, 2023. We ad vised customer we were unable to locate and account. After researching we were unable to locate an account because the email had been canceled per the customer request and customer refused to provide the billing information so that we could possibly locate in our payment system to resolve the issue. We requested this information on June 13, 14, 15, 16, 2023 but customer never responded to the requested.. The tickets was closed due to non response.

    Beware!!! I have tried to cancel my subscription for months and they keep telling me to cancel in my apple subscription, but the problem is it isnt in my apple subscription. When I tell them that, they just say there is nothing they can do. Having to call your **** to block it is pretty poor!

    This Company needs to work on making sure Consumers can update their payment methods without too many discrepancies. Why do I need to contact support and wait hours for someone to address my concerns there needs to be a customer contact center option as well.
