    1.Date of transaction:August 15th 2022 2.Amount of money paid to the business Zero due to charges being changed and at the moment until matters has been resolved 3.What the business committed to provide you Initially I was told that they would have parts (weatherstripping/seal) for both front & back windows of my **** **** Falcon. However, that was NOT the case. I was talked out of purchasing a NEW window for the front because it was original and in great condition. For the back window, I was later advised that they did NOT and could NOT find the parts for the back window. 4.Nature of the dispute I noticed there was a dent above the rear corner of the panel which I immediately brought to the manger's attention. He reached out to the tech that was working on my car who admitted when putting the chrome piece back together it caused a dent. 5.Business has tried to resolve the problem The manager referred me first to Dent Pro who was NOT flexible to see my car. So my son, ********** found Dent Craft who weren't able to fix it and suggested we see body shop. The manager then referred ** to ************** Center in ************, and agreed that he will pay for the damages. I felt that the body shop he referred me to did NOT have the best interest in fixing my car. So, I researched other body shops and found it more reasonable with ***********************, in ******. I then provided the estimates to the manager of Hi-Tech who now refuses to keep his word and stated he will NOT pay. I asked for his insurance information and was advised that he DID NOT have business insurance. First I was told that the charges were less than $300 and now that I am escalating the "dent" situation, the manager texted me with an outrageous invoice of almost $900 for the work they did. 6.Account/Order/Tracking number I've attached receipts of charges from ************************************************ along with photos of my car and screenshots of chats between the manager and myself.
