    Just a quick note to thank you all for great service in fixing our oven today. We had an extended warranty with **** and called them on Sunday to let them know our oven had stopped heating up. They scheduled an appointment with Peninsula Appliance Repair for Tuesday. I had read many of the bad reviews and was really worried how it was going to turn ****** my surprise, the team called me this morning to see if the technician could come by today (Monday) instead of Tuesday (less than 24 hours since we placed the original request). The technician then called to see if he could come even sooner in the day (which was great). Jan, the technician arrived at exactly the time he said would arrive, promptly assessed the issue with the oven, and because he had the correct part with him, was able to quickly make the fix after receiving authorization to do so.Appreciate the Peninsula Appliance Repair team's service, especially Jan and the folks working the phones. Our oven was fixed within about 24 hours of placing our original request with Epic.

    TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. From the person who answers the phone, to the guy who calls himself a tech that comes to my house. JUST TERRIBLE!Its now June 10th and Im still without a washer. It's been over 1 month and after 5 techs that have been out to my house, Im still without a washer. The 1st one that came out was to diagnose, the 2nd one was to "install" the part that the warranty part. After 10 mins, he says he is done and leaves. After I tried to turn on the washer it was not working, I called and the useless receptionist, was no help. Cant give you the sup/managers complete name, wont let you speak to him. I asked for the tech to be sent back to my house and after demanding it, they send a tech out and come to find out that the part that was installed, was broken too.Then a tech comes out Friday of last week, to just pull up to my driveway, call me and to tell me he cant do the service call because he forgot to bring all of the parts that need to be install.This morning another tech comes out and he shows up, closes the work order, I then try the washer, it doesn't work. I call and ** being told by again, the useless person who answers the phone, that I must open a new claim with the warranty company. AFTER 5 visits, no washer, ** being asked to contact the warranty company again. Useless. USELESS!

    I scheduled an appointment for my * refrigerator to be repaired, the service repair representative called on Monday February 5th and said he was coming out, I am formed him that I would not be available on Monday February 5th and I did not receive a call prior to tell me that he was coming. ******* came out anyway on February 5th at 8:40 and put a card on my door it took a picture and left. I have this all captured on my doorbell ring. He informed his office that he knocked and stayed sitting there for 20 minutes. When I called the office where the representative works the young lady who answered the phone, I informed her what happened she called me a liar and told me that they would not be coming out again. I called my service warranty company, to have a rep sent out again they did that for me, the same rude young lady called my phone and told me that she is not doing business with me and she will not be sending anybody. This is very poor customer **********************. **********************.

    The appointment was scheduled for 2/5 8-12p.  Our tech knocked on the door and no one was home for the scheduled appointment.  We never received a call from the customer that they needed to reschedule.  We did not receive notification from the warranty company that the customer needed to reschedule.  The work order was closed.  We cannot go back on a closed work order.  The customer needs to contact their warranty company for a new work order.

    The facts are the customer was not there to open the door for **************. Our customer ********************** representatives are very well versed in customer ********************** language and would never call a customer a liar.

    Horrible and inept technician and customer **********************! What a nightmare and honestly do not know how they can possibly still be in business. The tech ordered parts and had no idea what he was doing. He refused to come back (2 months later) and the girl in customer ********************** was rude and just as useless as the technician. 4 missed appointments, no explanation and just a total waste of my time. Zero stars wasnt a choice but they deserve ZERO stars

    We went out to diagnose the issue and the unit needed parts. There was a delay in the parts order with the warranty company.  The warranty company shipped the parts to the customer directly.  We reached out to the customer several times to verify that the parts were received.  When the customer called us back, they stated that they were having another company come out to install the parts.  We closed the call in our system per the customer's request.

    Technician came late, was rude, and was completely incompetent.To the point that I asked him to leave without trying to further investigate the problem.Had an other provider coming to do the repair.

    Really horrible service and one of the worse place to get your appliance to be fixed. First of all the technician are very low graded no idea what they are doing. A high schooler (or you ) can do a better job learning and fixing than their technician. 2ndly the customer lady never pick the phone and your and stuck with nothing but having the broken appliance at your home. ***** is wasting their value customer with them. Even if she pick the phone she never know what she looking for basically they are kind of ************ waste.

    How this place can be associated with the BBB escapes me. They never respond to these reports, they sent out a technician to repair a dishwasher and the tech lied about it and said there was nothing wrong with a known issue. The second time they asked us if we had put vinegar in the machine to solve a hardware issue causing a terrible burnt odor from a damaged motor. After speaking to them on the phone and insisting that they bill us if they come out they proceeded to lie to the repair vendors, then say that we had been aggressive and hostile with them on the phone which was a blatant lie. They said they were going to cancel the service call, but instead they contacted the vendor, billed them, and ordered parts for the repair. We had to waste hours on the phone to have them cancel the service order and when it was all done they claimed the repair was 'complete.' There is not a more disreputable repair company in the entire ******** they are vicious and endangered the life of two toddlers with a serious fire hazard honestly they should be removed from this site.

    The WORST customer ********************** ever!!! They actually yelled at me because their technicians are incompetent and unable to understand simple instructions. Stay AWAY from this awful company. Save your time, energy and money.Their technicians couldn't find my building and despite 3 attempts to instruct them, they had someone from the office call me to yell at me. When I tried to reach a manager to report the incident, they again managed to yell at me then said find our email and email **. I emailed and no response. HORRIBLE SERVICES.
