    Was helping my father pay bills as he is in a Healthcare facility and unable to walk. Called to pay a past due amount and the employee "*****" told me that he would not take a payment until he was paid cash due to him of $1800. I've not seen a statement, I have been given 2 different amounts that don't seem to add up to what is due and now this guy wants cash?????? I want statements to see billing and payments made, I want to be able to help my father catch up on his bills, but this is not right. ***** has even given his home number to my father so conversations are not recorded! I would like to speak to the owner and ask why he allows his business to be managed by such a shady character and what amount is truly due.

    For the past two years, I have been charged a late fee. I received no invoices, statements or reminders that a payment is due. I pay a year in advance. In previous years, I had reminders that a payment was due. I had no problems before 2021.I have never paid a late fee for the past 20 years. I have been a customer since ****** was charged a late penalty on 10/1/22 for $8.50.I was charged a late penalty on 0/0/21 for $8.50.I called with no response.I sent emails with no response.I visited the office on October 10, 2022, and the employee was rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful.I think I spoke to the same rude person last year.At that time, I made the decision to change storage companies. I have vacated my unit.My rent is paid through October 27, 2022. My monthly rent is $85/month.Therefore, I am asking for a refund of the late fees plus the remaining rent, so the refund should be $59.50.I chose **** Island Storage twenty years ago because they were BBB members. I wanted to support BBB members and the people I dealt with were nice and professional.They do not appear to be BBB members anymore.Too bad they lost their nice and professional people.
