    I purchased a 2013 ***** Ridgeline truck from this business on 09/24/23. When I bought it I purchased a service contract through Alpha warranty which I was told could be cancelled at any time if I changed my mind. I decided the benefits werent worth the price after the purchase so I called Jaber Motors in mid-October to initiate the cancellation (directions I found from the Alpha Warranty website). I was told by ***** the finance manager that the service contract would be cancelled and I would see the balance credited on my loan balance through ******************* Over a month passed and I received no documentation of my request so I went in person to Jaber motors on 11/29/2023 to get the cancellation form. I was notified that the cancellation was never initiated and that ***** the finance manager no longer worked there. They then initiated the cancellation and I received an email from Alpha Warranty with a link to a cancellation form which I filled out and submitted the same day. I have still not seen the credit applied to my loan amount so I called Alpha Warranty on 01/31/2024 and they informed me that the cancellation was processed on 12/01/2023 and the credit should have been applied to my loan balance within 30 days of the cancellation so I needed to call the dealership. I called Jaber motors immediately afterward and spoke to another ***** who said he saw what was happening on his end and would tell his finance manager to contact ****************** and see what was going on. I requested a follow up email which I have not received although its only been a few hours. Because I have been met with such unprofessional service, I do not trust this business to follow through without further escalation on my end. Its been nearly 2 months since the cancellation was processed and they are hanging on to the funds for a service contract I can no longer use. Furthermore, the longer this draws out I am probably also overpaying on interest on my loan.
