Installation was a disaster. Leveling compound was applied into our new level addition throwing it out of level and preventing furniture placement and use. Store was informed when contractor was here and they never returned our call as they said they would. Later calls were unanswered. We are now left with a repair bill from the contractor. Hi i bought some material from this company for commercial job in ************* 4 months ago. before i buy the material i told them its for night club got have the Commercial warranty they told the material have .the day the material arrive before we we unload the truck i open box my self and i see right way the material is really low quality and the material have no label the material is from ***** and they put the company label in the box , after i see that i call them and i told this material will not work and the owner told me the material is good and have 5 years warranty i said ok ,after 3 months the flooring is crack is chip everywhere the material is really bad quality,i call the sale person that sold the flooring i told her we need something i being waiting for monts for them to sent someone and then they finally say they was going sent inspector *** and i had to pay the Inspector $750 for the inspection the job , so this is not acceptable they was supposed to be the ones that pay the inspector. so now they just told me to go ahead and *** them .be aware of this company the material they have with label with the company is not good quality material . now we will see them in court ,

We haven't sold material to anyone that was shipping material to *************. ********************* hasn't been involved on any claims, residential or commercial. We also never charged a customer $750.00 to pay for an inspection. We would have filed a claim with the manufacture and they would have contracted to send an inspector to the property(we don't pay for that.) I don't believe you are leaving this review for the correct company. Please reach out to Cambria ***** at ********************************* so we can get to the bottom of this.
