    I am filing a complaint because on 07/14/2021 we ordered a dinning room set from this business. The owner stated that our order would be completed approximately 3 months from our purchase date. After waiting we did not receive our order nor did we hear that our order was being delayed. After numerous attempts at contacting him, he stated that we would receive our order before thanksgiving. That did not happen. I then had to make several attempts to contact him again to get an update. On 12/02/2021 he sent out a mass email to serval of his clients including myself apologizing to everyone for the delay and asked us if we wanted to either keep waiting or ask for a refund. I initially stated that I would like to keep waiting for our order. On 02/16/2022 I was tired of waiting for our order and opted to request for a refund. He stated that we would get our refund in March of 2022. By 03/21/2022 we had still not received our refund so I reached out to get a confirmation on when we would get it. I then got a partial refund and was told it was one of 3 refund payments that I would receive (I never agreed to a payment program for a refund). He then advised us that we would get the remainder of the refund by the end of April 2022. On 04/19/2022 I asked him for an update on the refund, he stated that we would get one by the end of April and the rest in May. We never received a refund payment in April. I have since tried contacting him via email to get an update on our refund and he has not responded to any of our messages. Our order was a total of $2,996.00. He has only paid us $1000 so far. We would like for you to help us get the remainder of our refund of $1996.00 please.

    We ordered a custom made desk from ******. We paid through Venmo on 9/24/2021. He reached out a couple months later and indicated he was experiencing delays. He later indicated on 2/14/2022 he would need to issue a refund instead. He stated the refunds would be the beginning of March. He indicated it would be by March 15th. On March 17th, he stated they would be issued within the next couple days. I have attempted to follow up via messenger, email, etc and he is gone. ******** business page is deleted, email bounces back with empty email, etc. I really just want my money back.
