    6/17/2024 transaction11:25 AM Placed a mobile order with corresponding deal. Waited at store until correct pickup time when employee saw me. Employee said they dont do mobile order deals at that location and stated they cancelled order. Its still showed on my side and questioned the employee but they affirmed it would be canceled and money returned. I waited three days as suggested. Money was never returned and when attempts were made to discuss at the store, the employee said I would have to dispute it at my bank. I feel this is fraudulent behavior and possibly a scam. I sent multiple emails to the franchise and none have been responded to.

    Hello,

    I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your complaint regarding not receiving the refund for your voided order. I would like to apologize that our restaurant is not participating in online deals currently, but our staff member should have handled the situation differently and better when responding to you. I wish this was brought to my attention and that we could have handled this right away. I checked our records, and you are correct, the order had not been refunded and that is why it hasn't been returned to your credit card. I have attached snippets of your order that shows completed (if it was voided, it would have said voided). I have gone into our credit card merchant portal and was able to issue a refund directly to your card (have attached another snippet to show the refund is successful). Please let me know if you do not see it right away or in a few days.

    I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced and appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter. I will also work with my staff to better train in situations like this, so it doesn't happen again.
