  On 08/24/2023, I purchased marijuana extracts from a company call packs in ******** **********, I paid $17 for 1 g of extract ,the extract found to be contaminated, I tried to exchange it the company would not allow me to exchange it, The manager told me that he would not exchange the product even though it had been contaminated, he told me to leave I stated I would need to talk to another manager and he told me that there was no other manager, When I said I would be back to speak to another manager he told me no and then he is the only manager and he lunged at me like he was going to hit me in act I guess intimidating me to leave, so the security grab me and made me leave when I went to try to report this to the main company, ******, I talk to a girl by the name of ********, then eventually a manager I forget his name when I tried to report the man at that store he told me I had to go and deal with that store directly. I went to the store the next day to deal with the main manager and she would not even let me file a complaint against the other manager that try to basically harassed me in order for me just to leave their store so I couldnt get an exchange. Note picture are of the extract that I bought, the bottom of the jar shows little black dots in it , the other photo shows what looks like a tiny black fiber or Type on the right side of picture, Ive been going here for probably over the last 7 years , ive never had a problem only with this guy. Hes a mean guy and he acts very rude. I had another incident with him , last year where a badtender, told me that I can return the product if I didnt like it within five minutes of buying the product I came back and said I dont really want this product they said they couldnt exchange it so I said can I please speak to a manager when I told the manager what she said in front of everybody he said " youre a **** liar she didnt tell you that! So it seems that hes has a problem with treating customers right.
