I am rejecting this response because:

This response does not rectify nor address the ongoing issue. They have not been able to make the vehicle run properly and it is not fit for its purpose. The dealership owner never made contact as promised to handle the refund of my cash deposit and return of the vehicle. This complaint goes unresolved.
