On November 11, 2023, I paid Bail Hotline Bail Bonds $****** on my Chase Credit Card. The next day (11/12), a transaction fee of $30.00 was charged to my credit card. When I agreed to pay the $600, the gentleman said only $600 would be charged to my card and he would send me the link to pay the money. So, I entered the credit card information and the amount of %******. The next day, November 12th. I called the agency immediately about the fee because ***** told me the Bail Bonds company submitted the amount as a cash advance and not a credit card charge and I needed to call the Bail Bonds company. An employee put me on hold and transferred me to the supervisor, ***********************, **************** instructed me to email him a copy of the Chase statement showing the transaction fee and I did. After receipt of the email, he emailed me back saying "Will Do". I waited 2 days for the refund credit. No refund. I called several times to discuss the refund, but they would hang up the phone once they realized it was me. Then, I called from my sister's phone and they answered. I told the employee that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, and he stated "you don't have to go that far, we will take care of it." No refund. So, I emailed **************** informing him that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and any other agency that regulates his business if the credit was not done in two days. As of this date, no refund to my account and no contact from the company. The real issue is that the company did not tell me they were going to do a cash advance, then I would have said NO./
