  I took in 19 various pieces of clothing including a men's trench coat, women's coat and what is called a western duster (Like a trench coat) at the cost of 198.15. I picked up my items and all 19 were there, We counted while there. About a week later I pulled my duster to wear it but it felt light, but being in a hurry as a I was running late I just put in the truck. Later that day when I put it on I could feel it was not as heavy and it was not warm. So I realized the lining was missing and what is called a cape that fits over the shoulders was missing also. I called and spoke to a girl who said I had to talk to the owners who would be back in a few days and would have them call me. Well that never happened. I finally called them they asked me to bring the coat by so and leave it with them and they could look at the cameras. Then a few days later I called and they said had taken my coat to the store and said that the coat did not come with a liner I told them I bought with the liner. Weeks later they tell me to come to the cleaners they want to show me on the camara. Now they say I did not bring that coat that I made a mistake and it was a different coat that had a zipper. I do not own a trench coat with a zipper. The video is not clear. It was a new coat that I had received for my birthday in January. I can afford to buy another coat or buy the accessories. THAT IS NOT THE POINT! THE POINT IS I DROPPED IT OFF COMPLETE AND I RECIEVED IT MISSING PIECES !!!!! DO THE RIGHT THING BE RESPONABLE!!! I had been using them in since 12/27/22 until 2/10/23 and spent close to $500.00 and they could care less and very deceitful.
