Payment was made to the ************** short collected the payment amount by $.50. I have continuously tried to contact the email address that collects their payments, but they do not reply. I finally was able to call their company direct & discuss the matter further. I have found additional contacts for the company & was advised ************************* oversees the collection process. This agent was not responding to any emails as well, so I asked to speak to a manager. Rigor immediately responded, but I insisted to speak to a manager (via email/phone). This request again went unaddressed, & ******** from the company called me (not a manager). I explained due to continued issues Im requesting a manager discuss these issues with me personally to file a complaint with their payment collection department. I was informed managers do not talk to **************** are not allowed to discuss the matter further with me. This does not seem like proper business etiquette for an escalated request of this nature. I should be able to file a complaint with a manager regarding the lack of service received so those issues can be addressed properly internally & that management can provide additional **************** to ensure their customers are getting the service they should. There is a clear issue here with not just communication, but the ignorance of addressing an escalated issue. This company needs to ensure they have a policy that addresses escalated concerns properly & not just saying we are not "allowed" to communicate with the customer. Keep in mind I have been emailing this company for weeks without getting replies & now today they are replying almost immediately as I have requested manager assistance for escalation. It should not have to go to these lengths for a company to respond to you. This is the type of replies that should have been from the start. Requesting the manager contact me to discuss the matter further. ******* ***** ****************************

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Good Morning,

Yesterday after submitting the complaint, I emailed the company advising them I had done this. A manager reached out to me yesterday afternoon to discuss that issue that resulted and apologized for the concerns that were inappropriately addressed. I have included their contact information below. We were finally able to resolve the issue and move forward. It was very upsetting that it needed to get to this point, but the fact of the matter is that the issue is resolved and their management is aware of the coaching that is needed. Please let me know if you have any questions for me. Thank you.
