    I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received at Dr. ******************** on September 15, 2022. I was there for a treatment tooth #4. It needed a crown. After Dr. completed his job, I felt discomfort right away. He told me it would take a few days to get used to that new crown. I waited for 4 days but the pain and discomfort was not going away, so I called them on October 3, they're ask me to come in for a recheck, they took x-tray and told me that the crown needs to be adjusted. After he adjusted my new crown the pain and discomfort was still there. I did wait for a few weeks again just trying to get used to that, but I still couldn't eat anything on that side. I wasn't feeling comfortable going back to them, so I went and saw a different dentist and he explained to me that there are big gaps between the crown and the tooth and this is why I have so much discomfort. I did send an email to Dr. ******************** on February 9, 2023 regarding a refund for $588.90 and also I did ask them for reimbursement for my dental insurance, which they did inform me that they have no problem refunding my payment and reimbursement benefits. I just need to provide a new treatment plan for that tooth from my new dentist. On Feb 15, I did email them my new treatment plan and I haven't received any response back from them. I do need to resolve this issue quickly, because it feels very comfortable.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I would like to inform you that I did receive payment back from Kerzie & Orsino Dental for amount of $562.50. Unfortunately my dental insurance hasnt received any reimbursement. Next week I will be following up with my dental insurance company again.
