We always used to go there for the steak house restaurant and play al little and one of the nights I wanted to have a glass of wine but the bar cocktail server walk so fast that literally none can order a drink from them beside there inexperience worker which I I asked for a souvingon Blanc and the young cocktail server had no idea what it was and I did say to her when finally I got may I get the glass of white wine which I said souvongn Blanc and she said Im sorry what is is that ? I was shocked by the cocktail server and said never mind not only I had to wait Teo hours to get her attention she didnt know what is a type of wine ??? So o told her never mind I dont want anything else and she called the manger and later a manager stopped by and she asked me what was my problem and I seis I dont have any problem I asked one of your server for a souvingn Blanc and she had no idea what it was and the manager replied for your information she is my best ser ever I have and replied what ??? If she is the best how are the worst ??? And she got ****** off and five minutes after I was sorrow fed by five security saying I was transpassing their property Nd said how can possible be ? I already have here four hours any way I told them no worries we will go out of the building and they were so unprofessional and racist tHat I felt that that need to reconsider and investigate better before judge people any way if the manager is still there and shes has this young pretty white cocktail server with no experience I dont know what **** of ******* they can provide to player who they spend so much money for the Casinoafter ********** rule about alcohol certificate I dont think the servers are there any more and if I was acting as drunk person which I was not they need to follow the right steps not just ****** some one for just nothing and if she felt offended from my comment and that is the reAlity the ma gamer should handle it better not just calling security just like that

As a loyal and paying patron to Graton Resort & Casino I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the discrimination and harassment bestowed upon myself directly by the security team.I have been followed around the casino by several security team members who asked me to leave the casino due to non play on my players card over a 2 hour time frame. What is even more frustrating is I dont use my players card when actively playing more than half the time. I spend over $1,500 a month at Graton and feel targeted by the security team. Every other department and its employees have been amazing. I have made friends with multiple slot attendants, the crew in the Gift Shop, at ********** and the Hotel.The security team which includes supervisor ***** and several others have been rude, they have belittled me, called me names, and the list goes on.

So, this morning my great *********** boyfriend were trying to get a break from their 24 hr care of her very disabled son. Security then began to harass her boyfriend, mind you after they had already provided ID's proving their ages (TO SECURITY), & also already putting their money in machines & saying he was trespassing. He has 4 dots on his hand from when he was a teenager. So, I took that as now they are racial profiling, but it gets worse, the security guard ******* proceeded to yell profanities at my great niece while she was on the phone with her mother. Very unprofessional. After going down there with my Niece to follow up with management. I was very turned off by their lack of caring & they said they would talk to him. Which honestly, did not seem sincere. I'm pretty sure ********************* of all people should understand that kids make mistakes & change. When someone is clearly minding their own business & not bothering anybody & after already being ID'd to get in again by SECURITY. This should never have happened!
