  This company have replaced the sidings and windows and since then it has leaked. contacted the company multiple times more than 10 time! After several attempts, they sent someone to take a look. I was told by this person that the flashing or something was missing about 4". I called the company back and left multiple messages and never did anyone return to fix. It's been over several years since incident and the condition is getting worse. Just called on 3/22/22 at 2:10pm and spoke to **** who told me that it is no longer covered under the warranty and the company have been taken over. Ironically it's been taken over by the same person that came to give us a quote 12 years ago, ******. So becuase they have ignored my request for several years then now transferedd their company name they are ****** me they are no longer responsible. Then I quoted something in the contract stating the lifetime warranty. **** said she will speak to her boss and get back to me. Never heard back, I called again 4/ 2/22 and 4/6/22 4:18pm and both times my phone went directly to VM. Feels like they have routed my number to VM to ignore my concerns. I want to know what are my next steps to ensure they take care of their responsibilities and as there will be more rain coming the damage will worsen. Thank you for your help.

  We are responding in request for a reply to ******* complaint. The corporation that ******* is
  complaining about is Creative Exterior Builders *** dba Americas Advantage Remodeling Lic 909585
  that ******************* signed a contract with in 2012 (not *******). This corporation has been dissolved &
  no longer in business. Americas Advantage Remodeling today is a different company Lic 1036517.
  When we got a call recently & were given copies of the contract signed in 2012 and service request
  call in 2018, we see following: -The contract was signed with ******************* 01/11/2012 and completed
  shortly in 2012. -First complaint service found on record was on 3/23/2018 which is 6 years after
  contract signed. Consumers have four (4) years to file a complaint by contractors laws and
  regulations.
  

  The contract says Manufacturers Lifetime warranty on labor and materials if in case there are any
  manufacturers defects with the product itself then they cover. That should still be covered with
  ******** Factory (they may contact ******** Factory). In any case Installation labor Warranty is a
  1-4 year install labor warranty. Installing company would need to get notified within 4 years
  maximum, because if it is not reported right away then it could be a neglect etc. on homeowners end.
  The copy for request of service given of shows complaint in 2018 is 6 years later after work
  completion. Creative Exterior Builders *** dba Americas Advantage Remodeling in 2018 asked
  company installers that were in the area to stop by on 3/23/18 to see what the matter is and fixed the
  issue even though the 5-year labor warranty has expired by then. The customer contacted the
  company again on 10/30/18 and notified the company there was another service to be looked at. It
  looks per the service that the customer was recommended to call mold remedies (a local company) to
  come and look at the issues and notified the customer that we no longer have a warranty with the
  customer. From the last time that there was a conversation with the customer about the service. The
  response from costumer for the service on 12/10/18 comments problems resolved costumer is happy.
