This club is a total scam. Do not sign up unless you want your calls to be dodged and to be charged nearly $200 a month for a membership you dont use. Theyve been taking my money for months now and Ive tried cancelling. I even filed a dispute with my bank and they still somehow charged my card again today. Ive called and left three messages with membership, last one a month ago, saying to please call me back. No one picks up the phone like at a legitimate business and no one calls me back. We havent been to the gym in probably 3-4 months. The day we signed up, we were in a members room and the rep told us hed help us then went off with two older women. We signed up under the understanding it was month to month, no commitment. This has been an attempt to get some self-care in that has turned into a total nightmare. I wanted to report it so that it doesnt happen to anyone else.
