    HearingAssist is based in *********, **. It offers a full refund if the hearing aids dispensed to the customer are returned within two months. I returned the hearing aids, but never got a refund.     I'm writing for my mom, ***********************. I'm her daughter *********************. Years ago, my mom bought hearing aids through ******* from a company called Hearing Assist. At the time, she also purchased the extended plan for coverage that would be billed yearly so she could ship them back, get them fixed or replaced at no charge. Over the past number of years, she would call, send them back, and they would come back quickly repaired or parts replaced, etc. Fast fwd to Nov 2023. The hearing aids were constantly making a loud noise, and she couldn't hear. She tried repeatedly to call and couldn't reach them. Finally she reached someone and they said the address was changed. She sent them to get fixed. This time, weeks went by without them being returned. She called, and I called repeatedly. They came back in mid to late December, and didn't seem to be any better. Since then, she has called them DOZENS of times at ************ to see what is happening. They only had a machine taking messages. She left many messages. I called them myself in 2024 on 2/23, twice on 2/27, and 3/11. I left messages, sometimes as long as 3 minutes long detailing the issue. I also sent an email as instructed on their outgoing on March 10. I kept getting gmail messages saying they couldn't get the message to go through. As I said, my mom called dozens of times. She's 84, I have no way of knowing how many times. Last week she got a new number for them ************. She left about 3 messages, I left a 3 minute one on 4/26. Neither of us have ever heard back - ever. Not only are the hearing aids falling apart with no help from them, but as far as I know they are still billing her for the extended plan. I am trying to get information about that from the bank, but I don't know what they are billing it under. They have basically ghosted us for 5 months. No call backs, no emails, nothing. I believe the hearing aids were $400/500? Extended plan between $100/200? Not sure. Can you please help us?

    I ordered a hearing aid and they will not ship it . They have no customer service. Phone number does not work. Will not respond to my emails . Please stop this scammer company from taking peoples money . The hearing aids were for my dad and he needs them . Its been 3 weeks and nothing from the company. Im contacting my credit card company to report them also .

    We purchased hearing aids for $799.00. The first set was defective so they sent a replacement. The replacement worked until January and now wont charge. I have been reaching out since then multiple times leaving voice mail with no response. I also sent an email to the email address provided on the company phone. It was returned undeliverable. The hearing aids are still under warranty.

    One of the wires broke off the hearing aid and I have tried to contact the company to see how to get it repaired. The numbers on the website either get a busy signal or say its no longer in service. Also tried to do chat on website and it says be back in 8 hours.. Then the e mail I sent from the manual I got says not deliverable. The warrant was only good for a year but my husband did not *** them at first so they are fairly new..We just want to fix the wire on it so he can use it.

    I placed and paid for replacement tubes for my dad's hearing aids over a month ago. Haven't received the product or even the email stating it has shipped. Called 3or4 phone numbers leading to busy signals or just no longer available. It's a bit odd and confusing as to something may have happened to company cause I ordered two replacement tubes before without any problem and got them In less than a week

    I placed an order online on January 18th, 2024, in the amount of $74.95, it said my order would ship in 1 to 3 days by priority mail. I called on February 2nd, 2024, to check on my order that I had not received yet. It said the phone number was disconnected, so I called every number I could for Hearing Assist, but every number was disconnected. So, I tried to email them, and my email was sent back unreceived. So, I'm reaching out to you to see if you can help me with this?

    Purchased my second set of Hearing Assist hearing aids. First set lasted 3 years and still work but wanted to upgrade to their new Blue tooth model. Ordered from Hearing Assist on line in March of 2023 and one of the aids completely failed in May. They sent a replacement pair, I returned the defective pair. The replacement pair worked for a few months and one of them failed completely. I have tried dozens of times to contact Hearing Assist online and via phone and their is no response online and their phone number are out of service. I took out a loan with Affirm to pay for them and still owe almost $400 and have stopped paying on it . Affirm has been zero help with this. They contract with retailers to sell loans and should be able to advocate for their customers. Please help. I can't afford to pay on them when they don't work.

    Order placed 12/15/23 for set of large, closed ear domes for hearing aids for my husband. Order No. *****. Have not been able to reach customer service due to my working hours. Therefore I sent two emails to hearing assist & have never received any replies. On 1/5/23; I placed numerous calls to 3 different phone numbers I had for hearing assist, and all of the calls seemed to be blocked. I even called from my husband's phone, but same problem. I don't know what else I can do at this point. Would appreciate some assistance. My debit card was debited the same day of my internet order. Just want the money refunded.

    On Jan 3rd purchased a pair of hearing aids for husband $740 including tax. They said they come with online support and phone. FALSE ADVERTISING. There is no phone support at all, called at all diffeent times, and none email either. We are novice to hearing aids, so fortunately we purchased at ******** and can return them within 30 days. This is FALSE ADVERTISING IN EVERY SENSE OF THE **** AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICE. They have horrible ratings, which I should have read first, but because they offered phone and online support, thought would give a try. This place realy needs to be shut down, NO EMPLOYEES NO HELP, NO SUPPORT AT ALL. THIS REALLY NEEDS TO GO TO MEDIA AND ALL SOCIAL MEDIA VENUES, AND CITY NEWSPAPERS AS WELL AS TV, HAVE ONE LINED UP AND PLAN TO SPEAK WITH ******* CORPORATE FOR ALLOWING THIS AD ON THEIR GREAT STORE.
