I dislike that I have to give this so called company ONE star when they are NOT worth a star AT ALL!I cannot say how **** ********* is! We initially had a 'rush' request due to a 6 week old and a 6 year old in the home with zero heat. She didn't reach out to us until I reached out to them. Mind you, this was two days ago and we heard nothing from them until I phoned them today. When asking if she could get there sooner, she said no and to 'deal with it and if I didn't like her response to complain to our warranty company". She then followed up with a message to my daughter that said I refused service! I can see your nose growing from here, *********!I am being told, she has a pattern of this, and I am not sure HOW or WHY she is still employed!! Shame on Allright Mechanical for hiring folks who dislike their job! As for *********, if you don't like your job, QUIT - it's that simple!

We have had the chance to review this complaint. It looks like there are a few different names listed for this homeowner.

I do understand that the homeowner is upset and has ***orted ********* as being very rude to her. I would like to start off by saying that is a false statement. I was present at the time ********* was speaking with her, along with a few other employees.

Below is the timeline of events that started with a phone call from her home warranty company Fidelity:

This started on 11/19/2024 in the morning, a *** from Fidelity called and asked me when we can service a call in ******* for a heater issue. The *** was advised the soonest we would have available would be Thursday or Friday of this week but we would try our best to get it scheduled for Thursday 11/21/2024 the *** said "OK" and that they were going to send it over. Not one time were we notified that this was a Rush Request, or we would not have accepted it. **** requests from the home warranty companies require us to schedule same day or next day. We advised the *** we were completely book until Thursday or Friday in *******, ***

The reason the customer did not get a call on 11/19 to schedule was because ********* was moving calls around to fit her in for Thursday 11/21/2024. We did tell the *** that we were NOT going to reach out to the homeowner until we adjusted our schedule to get her in. He stated he would advise the homeowner that we would not be reaching out until we were able to adjust one of our technicians routes for Thursday 11/21/2024 at the soonest for an appointment. Please keep in mind our techs run at least 10 calls a day for heaters that are not working, so ********* needed time to squeeze this call in.

********* then reached out to the homeowner on 11/20/2024  to schedule for Thursday 11/21/2024 as we advised HW *** that was our soonest available. The homeowner did not answer and ********* left her a voicemail telling her to call us back. The homeowner called back hours later and ********* attempted to schedule her appointment for Thursday 11/21/2024 between 11:00 am & 3:00 pm. At that time mind you it was already almost 3:00 pm on 11/20/2024 that she called back. When ********* offered the appointment for next day service the homeowner responded with " that's the best you got for a 6 week old baby?", ********* then responded with " that is the soonest we have available at this time". She then started screaming at ********* on the phone so loud that the entire office could hear her. She started telling ********* that it was not acceptable because she has kids and she is a priority, and to get someone to her property right now or she was going to ***ort ********* to Fidelity. The response given by ********* was " tomorrow is the soonest, we schedule calls in the order they are received due to the fact that every service call we receive right now is due to no heat. She then explained to the homeowner that we consider every homeowner a priority because we are having extremely cold weather right now. She tried to explain to the homeowner everyone has kids or babies, health issues, elderly and not one person is more important than the other. She then continued to scream at ********* threatening to file a complaint with Fidelity, ********* responded with you are more than welcome to file a complaint if you want,  I can have someone there tomorrow  and Fidelity is aware that our soonest appointment is Thursday if you want to contact them that's fine." The homeowner proceeded to scream and threaten ********* now yelling at her stating she is filing a complaint with the BBB , ********* told her if that is what she wanted to do that was fine, the homeowner kept being rude and yelling so ********* advised  she was going to end the call and that she needed to contact Fidelity. At that time ********* ended the call. The homeowner then proceeded to call our office back to back over 6 times. We then sent a message via dispatch to the number her home warranty provided on the work order  advising the homeowner to call Fidelity for assistance, being that she was making threats and harassing us after we advised we were refusing service. We felt taking anymore calls from her would only make things worse.

Stephanie handled this issue very respectfully and professionally, this complaint is not valid as I was present for the entire incident and conversation that took place. ********* did not change her tone with the homeowner even though she was being threatened.

********* goes above and beyond to assist as much as she can even if it means she has to do more work. ********* loves her job and is great at it. We do understand that we cant please everyone, we apologize if her home warranty didn't communicate all of the conversation that took place when they asked us to service this homeowner. Unfortunately due to the homeowners actions we are unable to service her now or in the future.

Fidelity warranty contracted with this company to fix our air-conditioning unit. They came out and cleaned it and left. Didn't fix the issue as it was still not still not cooling and even got worse after their visit! So contacted Fidelity within days of the first visit, who issued recall for Allright to come out again under same ticket. Both ******* and ********* gave me the run around, left me on hold several times, once for over a hour, and then hung up on me twice even. When I told them warranty company said they were required to come out and fix it, they refused! They wanted more money. Playing a game! I think they actually may have even done something to our A/C unit on the first visit in hopes of getting more money!!! Not only are they extremely rude and unprofessional but this company is a scam. BEWARE!!! They should be put out of business!!! Read all the other review online! Criminal!

    Good Afternoon ****,

We're very sorry you feel that way. Unfortunately, we followed protocol with your home warranty, Fidelity National Home Warranty, to a T. Upon our technicians arrival for your first appointment, he found your condenser coils plugged with dirt, of which we have very clear pictures of. Our technician did you the courtesy of cleaning your unit, something that is 99% of the time not covered by your home warranty and would result in the instant denial of your claim. Not to mention, your unit was working at the completion of your appointment and putting out 60 degree air.

We're also very confused by your claims of us wanting more money from you as not only is that not true, but your home warranty are the ones that pay us directly, not you. The only money you should have paid for was your initial service fee that is due to Fidelity themselves, not us. When you called back to us, 6 days after the first appointment, letting us know your system was no longer working at all, we informed you that you needed to contact your home warranty and have them file a recall, of which is free within the first 30 days of us coming out to your property the first time. At this point you had become very irate with multiple personnel within our office and we had decided that we were going to turn your claim back over to the home warranty for them to find another contractor to service your unit. This was all explained to your home warranty and they understood and took care of the rest.

Again, we're very sorry you feel this way but the claims you have made here are beyond false. We hope you and Fidelity are able to get your problems with your HVAC system solved within a timely matter.

Thank you and have a great day.

Our Fidelity warranty contracted with this company to fix our air-conditioning unit. They were slow to getting an appointment, but got us in after I called them. The tech discovered that units motor was blown and said they needed to get Fidelity to approve and order the part. After 4 weeks, many many calls, a wrong part ordered and promise that they would get us in as quickly as possible, we still have no air-conditioning. They have no listed physical address to post reviews. This is a questionable business!

Fidelity National Home Warranty sent Allright Mechanical to diagnose issue, they said it was the Zone Control system, which wasn't covered by my warranty. I did my own troubleshooting, figured out the problem was not the Zone Control, but something in the ** system. Tried to get Allright Mechanical back via Fidelity, appointment was canceled with no explanation (Allright claimed it was canceled by Fidelity). Got another company to come out and diagnose problem, was a wiring short in the ** unit, fixed within 1 hour for minimum charge. My ** had been out for 3 weeks during 2 extreme heat events (first 3 weeks of July 2023):

Our home warranty sent out Allright Mechanical. They were late, but that is not unexpected because of the type of service. The woman who answered the phone was nice, stated that they would be there. Two gentlemen showed up, took pictures, stated that they would order the part, wait on the approval, then it would take them a day or two to come out to replace the part. The home warranty did approve the work. Now I have called twice, had to leave a message but will not know exactly how to give them a proper review until the near future. We will let you know.

Worse costumer service ever, staff dont even say hi when they pick up the phone, You will never received a call back no matter how many times you leave a voicemail and you are lucky if someone answers, they scheduled a visit in three weeks which is understandable as many **s have problems in the summer , AJ did the diagnosis of my **, the condensing motor fan heats up and stops working few times throughout the day and the temperature of the house can raise up to 90 you never know how long or how many kicks it takes for it to start back, He said he would write a diagnosis and submit to the home insurance warranty, well in this above 104 heat, I took them five days to submit the report, I kept calling the company and oh well no answers and when ****** finally answered On a Friday of course without even saying hi and placing me on hold 3 times, she said she would submit a report ( she always sound super mad and I was scared to be slapped on the face behind the phone), Well the report that was submitted to the insurance says there is nothing wrong with the ***** Called back and spoke with ****** the very nice manager who keeps shouting and wouldnt allow you to speak, you have to ask him for permission to be able to talk and his logic is if the ** is working when the technician is there that means there is nothing wrong with the **! I asked if they are on call so I would call them when the ** goes off at 5 pm and we al know what the answer is!! His solution: ask for another company to eval!!! Trust the starts you see on the reviews and spare yourself of the headache of dealing with these rude unprofessional people.

Do not do business with this company or you WILL regret it.Like other stories, they were assigned by the home warranty. Piled bogus charges and then wouldn't provide cost break down when asked.I'm cashing out from the home warranty and find my own trusted company to do the work.

Allright Mechanical sent out by my Home Warranty. A/C not cooling. Blower working though. He arrived and said it was the control board in our furnace ( which was a year old). Not covered by insurance. No boards in CA and would come from Texas. Called company that installed furnace, they came out and said control board fine but needed Freon. Put Freon in and a/c works like a dream. I will never use ALLRIGHT MECHANICAL again
