Homeowners beware!!! This Contractor (Lic#1070578) has THREE active complaints with CSLB and recently lost in a lawsuit due to violations. Yes, this guy will sue you if you fire him due to his incompetence! Can you believe it? We are one of the THREE VICTIMS that I know of, could be more out there. We hired him to build our ADU. As he is licensed, and we will have City Inspector to inspect each step along the way, we thought it should be okay. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Turns out we have a very similar experiences with the other victims here on Yelp. This guy is incompetent, not only he does not know what he is doing, he doesn't hire skilled workers for trades. Those works for him names Pauline, Mike and their daughter. These three follow him around. Back in Oct/Nov 2021, we found him on social media local groups, and get in touch with him. During that time, he shows us his job site at Temple City, which is a JADU in process. Fast forward, our project started at the end of Jan; in March 2022, the foundation passed inspection. Then move on to framing, electrical & rough plumbing. Guess what? All these are not up to code!!! Long story short, he is incompetent & lied to us; saying all the correction comments on the City inspection slips are "easy fix" and demand payment. We are stupid enough to pay him in good faith. Right after that, he abandoned the project. 5 weeks after he never shows up at the job site, we terminated him. We also went back to the Temple City site he showed us back in Oct 2021, and that project NEVER FINISHED! It's just like ours, stuck at framing stage, and the homeowner at Temple City told me they already file complaint at CSLB on him back in Nov 2021! They also got bond claim pay out in April 2022. If the Bond payout, that tells you something! So, with the Temple City victim, the Torrance victim (check Yelp review) and us, already THREE ACTIVE complaints at CSLB on him.

Tiger Construction (****** He & Pauline) hold a Contractor State License which is approx 1 Year old when he accepted my home addition & remodeling project.
Tiger Lacks Experience in Construction Field, he doesn't have any employees except family. He wasn't able to find anyone for digging so he started digging himself which doesn't make sense for a Licensed Contractor. He doesn't have any Sub Contractors so he just uses his family to do the Work to Save Money. He cuts corners on the job to save on material cost. He doesn't hire professionals to do the work to save cost. He low bids the jobs so can charge ridiculous amount on change orders. He doesn't show up to work until X:XX-XX AM & leave 4-5 PM. They only work M-F & work very slow because of lack of experience. His workers smoke Weed at Work & mess up Entire Framing Job. He took $63,000 from me & abandoned the job when engineer told him he was doing the framing completely wrong & it was code violation & not per plans. Tiger License should be Suspended immediately.
