I was sold a product that doesn't work and because of the distrust. I requested a full refund. I now being denied, **** is claiming no refund when telling me and another party we have 60 days for refund or repair warranty.

Was told the washer didnt work properly and explained to her thats how it was. She said wasnt locking in time and not washing her clothes but everything seemed fine when she showed me video.  Also didnt want us to go check it out when she reached out first time. She was just stuck on refund which we sell used appliances and we dont do refunds. Gave her option of another one and stuck on wanting a refund from the get go which thats not how it works. We give warranty and we go check it out or exchange it for another one.

I am rejecting this response because:

I just now saw this email. I asked for a refund due to the fact he lied to me. I felt that I was going to have more problems with the washer. So preferred to get a full refund.   Which he stated it to me and another witness that the refund would be ok within the 60 days or he can repair it. There is no where on the receipt or establishment that says "NO REFUNDS" He was very rude and I felt uncomfortable of him coming back to my home. More reason I was adamant on the refund. He only told me about one problem but other issued occurred, exactly what I was afraid of.

Never lied to customer who does that. To say you FELT like you were going to have problems with washer when you never did have any problems. Never even talked about refund or anything so dont see why you even would have a witness doesnt make no sense. Customer keeps talking about warranty and yes to go check it out which you never let me when you said Washer wasnt Washing way you wanted it to which I dont get.  Never was I rude or anything to make you feel uncomfortable. You keep talking about issues but what issues. When ppl have issues you resolve them or give it a try. Imagine someone buys from us and uses it for couple weeks or month and just decides they want their money back what kind of business would that be. We go check it out and go from there figure out best solution. To be honest customer just not making sense and just wants everything their way

I am rejecting this response because:I have a lot going on, so ill make this clear, sweet and to the point. You knew you sold me a faulty washer. When I asked question it was based on what I was experience. It's not about the company fixing the problem, it's about lying about the product working in the first place. In any business, if the customer isn't happy with what they receive and feel deceived. The next course of action should be of what I am asking. Full Refund. If this matter can't be resolved with that being the end result. Then this matter will go higher. I spoke up when I was present stating If this washer doesn't work, I'll be returning it. I'm asking for the Better Business Bureau to look deeper into any other claims against this company. I'm sure they will find out that you are not an honest business man and  you took advantage of my kindness.

On 01/08/2024 we purchased a washing machine and dryer (used, refurbished) WITH 60 day warranty from these guys from their business located on ************** in **********. After using the machine a few times, we noticed that there was orange metal staining and filth soaked into our clothes, bedding and other textiles that we had washed in the washing machine/ dryer. After reaching out to the owners 2-3 times, ( In January and now February) we noticed that they decided to stop responding to us, and ignored our calls and text messages. We also had purchased a warranty on these products, thinking that if for any reason there was an issue, that a refund would be issued and we still have the warranty paperwork as well as the receipt. After seeing other reviews on Yelp, we are now at the conclusion that the business owners are not true to their warranty, ignore customers when their products malfunction and are not just in their approach to sales. At this point we would like them to take their products back and give us a full refund, as our textiles are ruined, and the machines which we have warranty on, is a scam. At this point we would like them to take their products back and give us a full refund, as our textiles are ruined, and the machines which we have warranty on, is a scam. I would like them at this point to remove the washing machine and dryer and give us a full refund so we can purchase from a reputable business. My worry is that they will continue to ignore us until our warranty is over, and we will be stuck with broken machines and a business that does not uphold their policies. Additionally, nowhere in their business model, receipt or warranty does it say that they do not do refunds. Picture attached.

    Good morning,

I tried calling and could not get through, but I am reaching out in regards to complaint #********. We reached out to the company and confronted them in person regarding them ignoring us and our warranty on the products that we bought. They determined to come look at our machines today and needed to replace one of the units. Therefore, they upheld their end of the purchase by honoring our broken machine. At this time, I do not have any further issues with this company, if the new machine works well and is consistent in proper usage. I would like to withdraw my complaint at this time, and if there is any further issues with this new unit that was delivered, I will reopen my case.

    Thank you for your time,
Again, my complaint number is #********.

    Sincerely,

    Keanan Christy
