I have purchased two vehicles from this company. This company has failed me as a customer. I have made multiple calls, text messages etc and haven't gotten calls back. The transmission is bad. The title was not signed appropriately as per ***. August 1st of 2024, I submitted the title, only for their staff to advise me they had no authority to pick the title up from the ****. Today is September 24th 2024, and I just received the lien release. I have been trying to resolve to credit reporting agencies. This car was paid off several years ago. Upon contacting your agent, I was told the owner is out of the country, the staff was unable to retrieve the title. This is the second vehicle that your company Financed with this issue. This is bad business. You never reported that these vehicles have been paid in full to the credit agencies, which adversely impacted my credit. This company is supposed to be in the business of helping customers establish credit and or improve their credit rating. In fact, the opposite happened. My credit was not improved because the payments of the vehicles were never reported to the credit bureaus. This was bought to their attention several times and nothing was done to correct the matter. It is not my problem as a customer if the owner is out of the country and unable to sign a release and a title. In fact, the title when it is submitted to the customer should come signed. This hardship has caused undue stress to myself, a financial hardship. I haven't had use of the vehicles for some time due to mechanical issues. I have a disability and this is circumstance has exacerbated this situation. As a result, I have a legal matter because the car has now been towed. I have no title of ownership to the vehicle because it was never submitted to me with a signed release. At this point I am looking for resolve with this matter. It should also be noted that the purchase of the vehicle has been satisfied yet this company continues to ask for monies.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take these matters seriously and want to clarify the situation based on our records.

            1.      Title and Lien Release:
We advised you not to send the title back to us because we werent able to ensure proper tracking. We were actively working on processing the lien release, which requires notarization and other formal steps. While these documents take time to prepare, as soon as they were ready,we promptly notified you via text that the document had been sent.Unfortunately, there was a delay on your end in picking up the documents from the post office, which is outside of our control.

            2.     Loan Payment Discrepancy:
Although you mentioned that both loans have been paid off, our records indicate that there is still an outstanding balance on one vehicle due to a repossession.

            3.      Credit Reporting:
Please note that an account has been opened for you, and your credit has been reported since January 24, 2020. This includes all relevant details of your account status to ensure accurate reporting.
