            ******************************************* was hired to replace **** and Pinion of vehicle for 700. ********** took two days claiming it was a big job and he needed time. Upon returning the vehicle, the steering wheel was crooked and ********** insisted the vehicle needed an alignment. While driving the vehicle there was a loud clunking sound and very little vehicle control, ********** claimed it was a lose nut which he came out and tighten but the vehicle still remained clunking, ********** claimed the struts were suddenly no good. Upon taking vehicle to MIDAS is was discovered there was a fluid leak, damage control arm, and rack and pinion was not properly assembled. ********** refused to refund the Monies involved and refused to find a resolution resulting in over **** dollars in repair.

            I came to Up N Running Auto Care in August of 2022. The reason was to change the engine. I paid ***** the owner $1,600 and the problem still has not been resolved. At first he said it would take 1 or 2 weeks however its been 5 months since i saw my car. In addition; there was more damage done to my car. For example; my intake hose is missing and a casing for my throttle body is gone, and under the car I looked to see if anything was damaged or missing and I found a cover for my transmission was not there. Now that is a very critical component that can not be over looked. On top of everything my tires were low on air, my rotors were rusted and my battery was dead( mind you I had a full charge when I gave my car into there hands to fix) now that there has been so much neglect my car is almost ruined.
