    THIS 916, in ********** **********, listed under THIS EVENTS, LLC, heisted an event called Blazing Saddles in ********** over the weekend. They sold a variety of tickets including General Admission, ***, *** open Bar, and so on. Each ticket promised a difference level service at the event with an increase in price. I purchased the *** Open Bar for 115$, and a service fee through the ticket seller. The *** open bar ticket included: Access to elevated viewing, Private Bars, Upgraded Restrooms, Back Stage Access. The event also advertised multiple rides, vendors, and being an all age events. Many of these things fell through. 3 hours before the event an email was sent out stating Hey y'all ??Due to Venue Policies at Cal Expo we are not able to serve open bar. To compensate, Blazin' Saddles are converting all Open Bar *** tickets to All Access. Yes this means backstage + access to amusement rides for free After many people complained online they posted something stating WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE TO ALL OPEN BAR *** PURCHASERS. WE CANNOT DO FULL OPEN BAR AT THE ****** ALL OPEN BAR *** PURCHASERS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE A REFUND OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN *** AND OPEN BAR ***. PLUS WILL STILL RECEIVE ALL ACCESS AND FREE ****** WHEEL RIDES.Those with *** were already supposed to have all access with our purchase. There was no backstage access. It has been 2 days since the event and no refunds have been processed. There were also complaints from people who pre purchased parking, but then were told at the venue that did not count and they would still need to pay for parking. The event was advertised at all ages but primarily had weed vendors and strippers during the main show. I have contacted the business and there is no response.     We are truly sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused. We had some internal pivots with the venue that changed the entire experience that we promised. We are actively processing refunds to all ticket buyers who experienced issues at our event ***************. We have begun to do that process with our ticketing company we partner with, ****.

    September 23rd, this 916 promoter held a concert called "Blazin Saddles" featuring ***** & various other country/EDM artists. I bought *** OPEN BAR tickets that included the following: *** acess area, *** restrooms, open bar, backstage access, and elevated viewing access. All amenities included in the festival for all attendees were supposed to be: merchandise tent, ****** wheel, dunk tank, mechanical bull, a petting zoo, and carnival games. On the day of the concert, This 916 announced that open bar would no longer be available & free ****** wheel rides and backstage access were given as compensation BUT the vip ticket already came with backstage access. When trying to access the elevated viewing & backstage, we were refused entry multiple time. Upon arrival, there were no info tents or box office, prepaid parking was not accepted, the ONLY amenity provided was the ****** wheel and two t-shirts sold as merch. No water refill stations or medical tent available. There were multiple GA wristbands inside of the *** area. They are also actively deleting complaint comments on their social media's.

Furthermore, we had multiple activations such as the petting zoo and dunk tank cancel the week of show and the mechanical bull break before it even arrived.
