            My school refuses to find me a place for my externship or release my NHA license. I want my money back, a place for my externship to be completed, and my NHA certificate released. No one will respond to my emails. I cannot get a job without my externship or certificate. The staff is extremely rude. Everytime you talk to someone its a different answer. I have had enough of stepfuls c*** I jumped through all their hoops, passed my class and state exam.

            I attended Stepful CCMA classes from January 23 2023- May 5, 2023. For externship I was sent to a dialysis center where I wasn't allowed to do anything but observe being that I wasn't a dialysis tech. I notified the job placement person at the time and was told I had to find me own externship site even after I told her that I wasn't learning anything at that particular site. I didn't get any hands on training whatsoever. I have a job coach that was assigned to me but here it is 6 months later and I still don't have a job and I believe it's due to the lack of training during externship. I've been calling, texting and emailing Stepful and I've been getting the runaround in regards to the guaranteed refund after 6 months without job placement. I just want my $1,300 back. I feel scammed.
