    I paid for a 30x30 box to be send to ******** on 07/16/2023 with receipt #***** of which nothing was received back home. My family and I have call the phone numbers given and he declines the phone calls or promise to call back once he finds out where the box is. until this day February 02/13/2024 we have never receive a refund nor he has confirm what happen to the box. I am reporting his business because of the lack of professionalism and communication. I want to be refunded for the time, for the services fee and for what I sent on that box.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1) what you said is completely ********, YOU HAVE NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE ***** IS A FUGITIVE, I found out yesterday because I seen it on the news. I have tried to contact you on multiple occasions and every time you are either busy or will return my phone call and that never happened. *** had my daughter, son in law, sister, son and everyone else in my family tried to reach out to you. 

    2) YOU came and picked up the box from my house and put on the invoice that whatever I was sending was used but did not care to ask me and made me sign. What I sent was kitchen appliances and of course that was not used, I sent my grandchildren new clothing(shoes, ****************) $500 is not going to solved what I lost and that time I wasted calling you and for you to tell me that just now that is all over the news. 

    I demand that you pay me $5,000 at least for all the NEW things I bought and sent back home.

    This business transports boxes of personal stuff from ***************** to *********. my wife left for ********* May 28, 2023. They picked up the box on March 18 and said that it would take 8 to 9 weeks and now has been over 12 weeks and every time we write them they say another two weeks. She is about to return to *****************, and she still has not gotten the boxes. Then they write do not text **. Please look into this company as I think they are fraudulent with no morals or ethics and bad customer service

    Tramporte los salmos ,, ****** assistant for receiving boxes for shipment to ****** with a guarantee of 2 weeks to 3 weeks with insurance billing and billing per box according to measurements, mine of 24x24 sent on November 14 and still without reaching its destination ****** tells me that it got lost in case it was traveled and He wants to refund $500 pesos and lose all the contents of the box. Please, if someone receives this message, my phone number is in the complaint form.
