  The owner, ***** was extremely rude and belligerent over the phone when we got our rugs back, not only late, but my white **** rug came back absolutely filthy.We waited 3 weeks for our area rugs to be cleaned and delivered. The guy originally showed up on 7-23 in an unmarked van, put his dirty shoes on our white rug, and then asked us for $1,000 for two rugs. We told him ******* Steamer only charged us $250 last time and thats when he came down on the price, saying hed take them back to their warehouse in ******** to have them cleaned. We were hoping for a deep clean that way, so our white rug would look WHITE again. He said they could do it but it would take two weeks. fine, but we thought it was a little odd for it to take that long. Upon looking at the reviews, we noticed many of the five star reviews are duplicates, and the 1 star reviews repeat the same negative experiences we had, especially with the owner. The company also goes by multiple names. After the two week deadline passed, I texted ***** asking when theyd be delivering our rugs. Annoyed, he said hed have his guy bring them Saturday morning. Again, that makes it 3 weeks to clean only two area rug. The guy drops them off saying we stand by our work, if youre not satisfied, give us a call. We unroll the white rug and it is filthy, with brown, grey and yellow stains all over it . Multiple stains still smelled like dog pee, and we had to scrub it back out ourselves! My husband calls ***** with our concerns. Instead of being apologetic and executing the quality customer service they tout on their website, ***** immediately goes on the defensive and starts yelling incoherently, claiming he cleaned the rug himself. He hurled insults at my husbands intelligence and told us he didnt want to do business with us before he hung up. We are worried because theyve been to our house and had our debit card information, which we canceled in case. We received no refund or further assistance.
