DO NOT PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT HERE! They will sell you a dream,and deliver a nightmare. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Once they had our money, they were nothing but rude. They promised 4-6 months, 11 months later we still dont have our stuff. Every step of the way, it was excuses and lies, and today, 11 months later, still no couch. Today after telling them for weeks repeatedly we no longer wanted the couch, they show up to deliver it. This was the only time they had ever shown up to deliver anything without taking a payment first, but since we had told them we didnt want it anymore, they decided to bring it unannounced.My wife called the same horrible customer service representative, and the rep told her we owed thousands of dollars more than was owed. When my wife complained and asked for the manager, the manager gave her another slightly less inflated ****. It wasnt until I left work early to go into the shop before they closed so I could talk to the owner, *******, that he gave me the actual amount owed. This ACTUALLY included the payments my wife had made. He also ONLY THEN admitted that they forgot to bill us for a portion of stuff they had delivered back in March, which essentially accounted for the discrepancies my wife had initially questioned the horrible customer service rep ******** rather than admitting a mistake was made, calmly explaining the situation to my wife and asking for some ***** and understanding, they essentially treat my wife like a dead beat who doesnt want to pay her bills. Again, because they messed up, and dont know what they are doing. If they had led with the correct amount initially, this entire issue could likely have been avoided. I only got involved after the third phone call that they put my wife in tears for the treatment she received.THIS PLATFORM DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO FULLY EXPLAIN WHAT A TERRIBLE BUSINESS THIS IS.
