    We purchased a zline gas range and it is unsafe and has been recalled. We have had the range for about 2 years and the majority of that time have not been able to use it because it is unsafe. Zline never arranged for service to fix the problem so I had to pay out of pocket ****** for repairs which still didnt fix the problem. Now they say they will buy it back but wont pay the full price that we paid for this very dangerous stove.we are asking for a full refund for the stove plus the cost of repairs. Please help us, this is important to us as I do not eat out. I have food allergies and only eat food that I prepare so that I know what is In it for my own safety this company has made this very difficult and I feel that they should buy back the ranges at full price.

    Gas Range was purchased 11/05/2020 (this product has been recalled twice). I received the first recall notice around January 2023. I took whatever steps were necessary to fix the issue. I was told by the Service tech that ZLINE sent, my product was fixed. I received the second "URGENT" recall notice on October 11, 2023. This notice stated if the issue was not fixed the results can lead to "death". "FAILURE TO TAKE THESE STEPS MAY RESULT IN DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY DUE TO CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING". On or around 11/22/23 I scheduled another inspection but still have not heard back from them. I then called on 11/27/23 and was put on hold for over 6 hours.

    We bought a 36 inch stove from Lowes its a zline brand there was one recall they sent a repair man to fix it a carbon monoxide issue so now they are saying there is still a carbon monoxide issues apparently it didnt fix the problem now they want the owner to fix it and install a carbon monoxide detector something needs to be done with this company

    My oven was recalled and they came to fix it and there is many more issues with the oven and they told me to reach out to get it fixed but I sent them so many emails and they are ignoring me and my $4000 oven doesnt work properly and I need help from you guys to either get my problems fixed so my oven can work or a new oven. Its $4000 out of my pocket that is going to waste right now and I dont like that at all

    We bought a house in December 2022 where the seller installed a brand new Zline dishwasher in December upon closing. When we moved into the new house in January, the dishwasher does not work. I filed a claim under Zline warranty and they sent a part/technician out to fix the issue. Except that part is not the correct part and turns out the part I needed is out of stock and back order. After waiting 2 months, Zline Warranty gave us the option to get a free exchange of the dishwasher since the part is still out of stock. I have been following up with that team for the past 3 weeks and have not heard back on next steps. I tried calling them on their customer service line and can never get in touch with a live representative, rather they disconnect me and tell me to email them, but do not ever hear back. I have a brand new dishwasher that is under warranty and no customer service to help with fixing it.
