    I booked a room at this hotel for a date night with my boyfriend, This is the worst place Ive ever stayed in my 45 yrs. The office was closed at 8:00 pm. The room I got was absolutely disgusting. It literally looked like everything was never washed and the place is infested with cockroaches, ( not water roaches, the black ones) but brown nasty roaches. They were in my bed, on the ceiling, the wall and carpet. The bedding was filthy, it looked like something you could rent by the hour!! I could tell by the lack of care to the facility that complaining to the desk guy would get me nowhere so I sat in a chair in the middle of the room awake all night scared to death that the bugs would get on me if I fell asleep. I suffer from severe anxiety and this stay elevated my anxiety greatly. I read the reviews on 2 websites and they completely differ from each other. This place has been reported for bugs and cleanliness and absolutely nothing has been done. I wouldnt be surprised if I caught some type of illness from staying there. I want this place shut down before somebody gets very sick.

    ****************** booked through a third party, and any reimbursement will have to be made through the booking site. We take customer complaints seriously and if ****************** had complained, regarding any issues she had and checked out on the 18th, we would have authorized a full refund back to her at that time. She stayed the night without any issues, or complaints to the third party or the hotel, we cannot resolve issues we are not made aware of.

    Hotel stay July 21,2023 to July 22,2023 I was charged ***** for a one night stay.I arrived at the hotel around 10pm and was given a room. The first room was dirty. The bed had stains on the sheets, pubic hair and dead bugs on the bed . I immediately requested a new room. The 2nd room appeared to be clean . The next morning while I was taking a shower I noticed 2 roaches on the shower curtain and while packing up I seen roaches crawling out of a pillow case. I immediately checked out and notified the front desk. They did not care and acted like it wasnt a big deal. I also contacted corporate and they said all they can do is setup a concern and have someone investigate the concern and it can take a week or longer. After my stay I looked at the reviews and from the reviews roaches have been reported to the hotel multiple times. This is a health hazard to knowingly rent out rooms that are ***** infested and not be doing anything about it. After my stay I am traumatized and I am worried one of the roaches snuck into my bags . This ruined my trip to **********. I paid to stay in a safe clean environment and I did not get that when I stayed here .I left the hotel early because of the cleanliness and roaches.

    Guest was given $15.00 refund at check out, which guest accepted and left. We provided another room after guests first complaint, and also gave her a partial refund.
