            October 20th, 2023 took items to the *** store to be shipped internationally to ***********, ******. The description of goods was noted on the manifest We assumed everything was fine until the items were returned and told used clothing could not enter ******. If I would have been informed I would have taken the items out and resend without used clothing. As a business you should have informed me that this was not acceptable since you deal with shipping. No one ever informed us of this. You informed us to contact *** Corporate and ***** indicated she would contact the store and make them accountable and refund us. She said it would take 4 to 6 weeks. We contacted 4 weeks later for update and now they are saying no refund. We were given run around to call *** Store, *** Corporate and *** Customer Relations and they are saying they are separate entities but keep referring us to contact each of them with no resolution. The minute that the attendant at the *** store noticed we were sending clothes we should have been informed right then so we could have removed the items and repackaged.

            Customer did not declare used clothing when completing contents form upon shipping. Customer was informed no used items are allowed into ******. Customer signed Terms and Conditions and declarations form stating the facts  to be true and correct. Therefore the package was not deliverable by ****** customs, which is beyond our control, hence we are unable to issue a refund. Please see signed forms. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

            I am rejecting this response because: the fact that *** didn't inform us verbally that we couldn't send used clothing to ****** is why we want our refund. Signing a piece of paper that you can't read unless you use a magnifying glass is sneaky, and suspicious and borders illegal is our assessment of your business. We demand our refund. It only says *** is not liable for any losses of the items. If you don't comply then it says everything about your business.
