            I signed up for a monthly service using this app that plugs into my Shopify account. I have been paying $49.99 monthly for a couple years now. I have not been happy with it, but just have kept it for the time being since I have not had the bandwidth to explore other options.The company decided to change their pricing model and then charged me a monthly fee of $184. I did not agree to this increase and I emailed them about it. The only reason I realized that they changed my plan without my consent is because they tried to charge my card and it was declined so I got an email notification from them. At that point I told them that I did not consent and I am not changing my plan. So even after me sending this email they still kept attempting to charge my credit card. The charge finally went through even though I literally emailed them NO. When I told the supposed customer service specialist, his answer was that I had supposedly opened the email that was sent in February. Are you kidding me? Opening a **** email is not consent. It's likely one of my staff opened the email. But again, reading an email does not equate to agreement. This company is such a fraud. Their app sucked and then on top of it they steal my money.
