    I took a ride on One Ride care on 13th May. The driver dropped me at ***************************** at 3:30 pm and was supposed to pick me at 4:30 PM. He didnt call me so I called him at 4:46 pm after waiting for 15 mins. He picked up the call and said its a wrong number. I hung up checked the number and it was correct number, so I called him again and he again said he is not a transportation person and he works for 7-11.I called up *** services who arranged the ride and they too called up the driver and he said they got the wrong number. *** noted that this driver had filed a no show for me (which was a lie as he never called me).*** later arranged a lyft ride for me.Because of this, I had to wait at the hospital for another 50 plus minutes. I messaged the driver after I reached home and he then claimed he never received any calls from me or *** and that he was at the hospital for pick up and called me. I said I got no missed calls in my log but he was lieing that he called me.Had he called me to pick up, I would have seen the missed call. He could have left a voice mail. At the very least when I called him he wouldnt have lied to me saying (not once but twice) that I got the wrong number. He said the same to the *** representative when they called. I think the driver went to pick another patient and thus couldnt make it back in time to pick me so he called me a no show and when I called feigned that it was a wrong number. This is highly unprofessional service especially towards a patient (and when they charge exorbitant transportation rates). I left a voice mail at their company but no response so far.
