            I purchased a 10x10 storage shed from Zombury on April 3, 2023 for a total of $95.98. I used my cash-app card through my PayPal account. The website stated I would receive my confirmation and tracking information via email. I attempted contacting the seller after a few days via ******** messenger, email and phone call with no return or answer. I continued attempting contact for several days then stopped. I waited a week with no confirmation or tracking information sent to my email before filing a dispute through PayPal for a refund. My dispute was closed with PayPal siding with the seller due to the seller sending them a **** tracking number. This tracking number states an item came from ********** and was delivered in/at a mailbox in *********, ***** on April 10, 2023. I never received the item, my neighbors never saw an extra large 10x10 storage shed be delivered by ****. I live at the end of a dead end road with elder, retired people. They sit on their porches all day and talk, drink their tea and coffee, enjoy the sun and watch the cars go by. They havent seen this package, I was home from work on the 10th due to my child being out of school for the Easter holiday weekend so I would have noticed the large package. I, again, attempted contacting the seller via phone, email and ******** still with no response. The seller hasnt attempted to resolve the issue at all. I believe they gave false tracking information, this must be something this seller does often and they know how to play the system. I also do not understand how a 10 foot by **************************** a **** truck. No 10-******* is fittin on our street so I want my money back. I no longer wish to resolve the issue with the seller as far as them sending the item, replacing the form or anything of that nature. The order number they gave me at the time of purchase was order number *****. The tracking information they gave PayPal is **** tracking number **********************. Please help. Thank you
