We have received one payment from *************** for $500 in February towards her Bachelors Degree studies. Our financial institution has informed us that two (2) additional payments made for March and April 2022 in the amount of $500 each that we deposited into our account were later withdrawn as Stop Payment (see attached).
**************** denies issuing a stop payment on these checks therefore, we have requested proof that the checks have cleared by providing us with copies of the cancelled checks from her bank. We have not received those documents from ****************. I have attached a snapshot of her checks that show they were stop payment issued which cost the school penalty fees. Her current invoice is also attached. At this point, **************** shall not receive a degree from *****. The matter at hand is to agree in writing that **************** requested a stop payment on the two (2)$500 checks and agrees to reimburse the school for the penalty fees incurred in the amount of $68 so this matter can be recorded as such with our Accreditation **** Mr. **************************** the Better Business Bureau (BBB), as well as with ******************************* at the ********** of ******** Affairs.
It is my understanding that in June, ******************** agreed to a refund of the first $500 payment minus the $68 in fees. I will validate that with him today and if so,we will proceed with this once this matter is cleared in writing. It is unfortunate that this matter has gone to this extreme. We hope that it is just a matter of misunderstanding, and it can all be resolved soon. We at ***** are proud of our accomplishments and find it quite bothersome that our reputation is subject to such matters as this. Can the BBB request documents showing the checks cleared ******************** account?
Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:Despite the evidence I have provided information is not acknowledged by *****, the President, I have receipts I have correspondence that I received from the consumer affairs who said that they couldnt help me but only wanted to give me back $432 despite the fact I gave her a receipt from Golden one credit union, my bank.Pls provide an email so I can forward the correspondence and texts from this organization. We were under a contract and this president canceled the contract and wants to keep my money.Even though this is supposed to be a ********************** I have never known or seen any Christian ****** showed by the school I have outsiders that have known this person personally that can attest to this he is not a trustworthy person.

I'm ************** taking over this situation. I only have copies of the two returned checks from our bank (attached). They are from ******************** from a ***** Fargo account. We have no information regarding a Golden One account. If she could provide me the documentation showing we received the two $500 checks from any of her financial institutions we would be glad to provide her a refund of such. At this time, I only have record of a $500 tuition payment that cleared which we already agreed to refund. Please email the documents from the Golden One account to **************************************** and we will resolve this quickly. If you would like to discuss this matter with me over the phone, I'm open to that as well. Here is my number: ************.

I am rejecting this response because:Dear BBB, ************************************************************** complaint ID ********
First of all, I should not have had to file a complaint against a so called ********************** who I made a contractual agreement to get my BA degree. I prefer to keep Better Business Bureau involved until resolution since i made the complaint. ******** emotional put me through alot to promise higher education n then stopped the agreement. My question is why are you getting involved **************? Pardon me, but you couldnt resolve it back when it all was transpiring. This complaint should not have never gone this far.
********* took my money n deposited it in his account.
********* keeps showing you the checks that were not that he couldnt cash. My dealings in the past with ******** was shown to be forthright. No the truth and the truth shall make you free.
*Did you know that ******** gave me the answers to the test booklet in order to hurry up and complete it so I could work for him which I told him I had no desire thats when he got mad. He has not shown me to be ethical by giving me the answers to a test booklet that I did not ask to receive. See the ***** letterhead because ******** immediately began asking me to do him favors, like ******** resident ******** Ekemere ***************** over to work at the school, and assist him in getting money out of a **** in *****. (I can provide documentation on both) Branford set it up so I can speak to her to get information to file out the immigration papers. He became anger at me because i refused to sign the immigration papers.
*I do not have a ***** Fargo account n the **** representative was told that many times that ***** was paid by the Golden One account. From those receipts, looks like I have paid more than $1500. See attached.
*Your receipt from ***** reflects set me a pop for service in your payments for February March and April. Your current ***** receipt because it does not reflect this it looks like the the books are cooked. I dont seem to get a consistent story even on the receipts that you sent me and the ones that you presented to Better Business Bureau.
