    I spent $6.50 on McDonalds app and I placed a pickup order at Address: ******************************************************************************************************************************* and they never gave me the food and handed it to another customer and I asked for a refund and replacement and was laughing and refused the general manger called me 2 weeks ago ***** ******* She spoke with me via phone and told me she will call me during same day or tomorrow that day and will provide me the refund and she lied and its been 2 weeks I didnt get any phone call from anyone I made multiple complaints with McDonalds headquarters but franchise and owner isnt responding and getting back to me even though the general manager promised me that she will call me back and provide the refund then lied I would like a refund my email on McDonalds account was ****************** case number is ******** date and time was October 13

    I recently used the McDonalds app to order food for delivery and I didnt receive one of the items I ordered. But this has been something that has occurred quite commonly in the past. So again, I called the **** number, provided to me in the app, to request a refund like Ive done in the past. In the end, I was sent an email, that states, and I was told that I would receive a refund in so many business days.The problem here is that, in the past, for other orders and similar refund experiences Ive had with the McDonalds app, I have never received a single refund. I notified **** about this, and they were unable to provide me the refunds they were supposed to because they started I would need to take it up with McDonalds corporate. So I called corporate and they referred me back to **** and told me they could not provide me a refund because its not in their *********** I find myself feeling frustrated because I paid McDonalds for a service that I never received, and to make matters worse, I never received my owed refunds, despite the fact that I filed complaints and received emails stating that I would be refunded. Granted, it took me a while to realize that I was never refunded. I just found out today as I examined past emails and previous bank account statements.I should have been refunded around $40 and I have statements to prove so. Can someone from McDonalds Corporate assist me with this matter? Im a fan of McDonalds and would like to continue business with them. So I would be open to a gift certificate for the amount owed too, if possible? Im just looking for some resolution because, as of now, it feels like Im getting robbed.
