I paid about $300 for a complete interior and exterior detail, including hair and water spot removal. The condition of the vehicle following the service was as follows: 1) White spots and similar appearing substances and finger prints all over the rear view mirror 2) White spots and similar substances all over the windshield 3) What appeared to be water spots all over the pleather. 4) The seats were not shampood. 5) They did not remove dog hair. 6) They cleaned half of the rims. 7). There was a liquid bright colored substance on the console that could have simply been wiped off, but had not been. 8) There are new black line stains on the front passenger seat. 9) They did not shampoo the flooring. 10). They did not vacuum in between the passenger seat and the rear of the passenger seat door region. 11) They left what appears to be dark liquid substance on the passenger side door pleather. They misrepresented the services being delivered and left parts of my vehicle worse than they were prior to the detail.Thank you.

On January 24, 2024. My girlfriend ************************* and I took her car to Auto world of Sacramento. Auto world repair shop because the car wont passed smog.. Also, we asked them for our old parts. Anyway, we were told that they could fix it. Before the repair, we asked for the old parts. The old parts werent given to us. The point of stating the car old parts were they never put any new parts on the car. Once again the dashboard light indicator came on, follow with the car hesitated once more. We had to paid 1700 cash to drive the car away the first time. Our car was supposed to be fixed the first time. Next, the second time, the car werent fix. Instead we were told our car needed a new engine. But the wasn't anything wrong with our engine in there beginning.

November 2023 I contacted repair shop for repairs on my 2002 Infinity I35. Before this I had my car at ********* Infinity for seat belt recall and then requested estimate on repairs for car's computer and wiring harness that caused the shot with estimate for that repair. I then contacted Repair Shop Auto World of Sacramento because of ad stating that repairs can be paid with financing I thought available and too with thoughts of lower price knowing that dealer ship pricing and that this shop bought used parts for items needed to repair problem that existed .knowing problem before hand because of estimate from ********* Infinity. The financing that was seeking was for the repairs and the shop offered is reason for my choice. Now I found out that I need over $5000 to take my car home and I have $180 out of my checking account without authorization and was told for $880 loan I received from shop I was told. Fraudulent misrepresentation of shop and I without my car and a loan that I not approve. The car was towed from ********* shop to the Auto World.

I took my vehicle to this shop on 12/12/2022 for an oil change and a full diagnostic. I received a summary of needed repairs totaling almost $6500. I ended up going through their financing company, which was very expensive, and got approved for $5000. I was told that it would take a week for my vehicle to be repaired and was in direct contact with **** during this time since he provided me with his cell phone number. After getting the run around for weeks, I was finally able to pick up my vehicle up on 01/19/2023 around 7pm which is their closing time. I immediately noticed the *** light was on and prior to my vehicle going to the shop there were not any lights displayed on the dashboard. This was the first sign that something was not right, so I took pictures of my dashboard before I left the parking lot. I also noticed that my vehicle was not driving as smoothly as it was before they worked on it and informed **** of this. Then on 02/5/2023 I was sitting in front of my apartments' gate waiting to enter and out of nowhere my car just started smoking badly, the antifreeze was pouring onto the ground and my temperature gauge went to hot so I immediately turned my car off. I ended up paying for the vehicle to get towed back to Auto World and they wanted $90 to check it out. I was given another diagnosis summary on my vehicle that came out to be an additional $4489.79! Upon returning to the shop I was informed it was an error on their part that was corrected and the $90 fee was waived...On 03/08/2023 I was driving my car and the power was lost to where it was still running but I could not accelerate when pressing the gas and ************* Reduced" read on the dashboard. I then had to get another tow to get my vehicle home where it currently resides. I have yet to contact the shop this time around due to distrust in them. It's unfair that I'm paying on a loan monthly for a vehicle I cannot operate.

    Business response

Customer brought vehicle in for repairs, repairs were completed per customers approval to proceed with repairs. Customer does have other issues with the vehicle, after repairs were completed customer did bring vehicle back a clamp was disconnected which caused coolant to leak, we repaired the clamp and topped off coolant for customer at no charge. Addition to completing the clamp repair, we informed customer additional repairs needed. Customer declined those repairs. If customer would like to reach out to us to see if we can help in anyway.
