            The contractor I hired to replace the flooring in the majority of our home obtained the flooring material from this company. I went with a more expensive option to ensure I would be getting a better product. Unfortunately that was not the case. The flooring provided is some of the worst material I have ever seen. The floors are coming apart, chipping and peeling. This started just a few days after installation and has only gotten worse. The boards are coming apart throughout the home and not in one specific location (no traffic, low traffic and high traffic areas). Tried filing a complaint with BBB but they are not listed and the installer who recommended their products is unresponsive.Floor is peeling, breaking and not holding together. The website does not allow for upload of pictures all the problem areas

            AWF is a Flooring Wholesaler who works with contractors and installers. This material was sold to a contractor who purchased flooring material for their customer. Their customer has not contacted AWF at all regarding this matter.  The contractor notified us there was an issue with one of his projects and he requested more material to fix the problem which we donated to him because he is a very good customer. That is the extent of our knowledge of there being any problems. AWF was not aware of the extent of this issue and his customer's dissatisfaction until we received this complaint and saw they posted the same complaint under AWF on Yelp.  AWF has had no contact with the end user at all.

            I am rejecting this response because:

            Unfortunately, the BBB portal only permits so many attachments. This material is poor quality. The boards are peeling or coming apart in every single room. I did not have direct communication with the company, however the contractor was made aware of all the issues each and every time they arose and continued to communicate the dissatisfaction with the quality of the material which they indicate was communicated to the company since the material was purchased from them. There is not one room that does not have an issue. The pictures attached do not do this situation justice or begin to depict all the problems with this flooring material.
