    I asked for 1 month premium membership, they charged me for 6 months without communicating and or verifying with my new "6 month agreement." I was then sent to collections via my insurance. No contact or call with my new terms.

Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/08/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have provided my policy number at 10:24 am. Why are you asking again? This will be published publicly and therefore will be releasing my personal information via this complaint. This does not coincide with my original request as we have cleared this information earlier within the 15th at 10:24 am. Please advise I also have attached calles regarding my cancellation that have never been communicated with me regarding my original complaint. Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2022/10/03) */ The policy was purchased as a 6 month term. The client paid the policy for the first 6 month term. At renewal the carrier (***************) mailed the insured a renewal offer 30 days in advance offering to renew the current policy. The renewal offer stated that it was an offer to renew the existing policy for a new 6 month term. Due to privacy reasons I cannot upload the copy of the renewal offer mailed on 02/07/2022 directly to the insured specifying "Your current policy ends March 12,2022 at 12:01am. This renewal offer is for the policy period March 12, 2022 through September 12, 2022. Your 6-month policy premium excluding billing fees is $665.88" This letter is send directly from the carrier to the client outlining the terms of the renewal. Consumer Response /* (4200, 13, 2022/10/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This does not correspond with my original complaint about how Terms & Conditions were not vocalized/ transparent over phone conversation via representative of Amezcua Insurance SVC. This, because no conversation followed before the state of transaction of said new 6 month renewal, my card was immediately charged for my monthly rate, but in agreement with only charging for a single month. That is not the fault of myself, but of the representative of the business. Thus, the neglect of accountability and integrity of the business. Business Response /* (4000, 15, 2022/10/13) */ As stated previously the terms and conditions were outlined in the renewal "offer" sent to the insured 30 days prior to renewal expiration.
