            On the 14th of August I ordered ONE bottle of Keto Gummies for $39.99. Instead, my credit card was fraudulently charged $59.99 for TWO bottles of this product. In addition my credit card was again fraudulently charged another $198.78 for two bottles of cleansing gummies and three more bottles of Keto ACV gummies which I never ordered. I have called the company and tried to get my money back for the items that I did not order. When I contacted the Company they requested that I send the undesired product back and they would refund me in full. I sent ALL of the undesired products back via Priority mail on the 30th of August. (Priority Mail Tracking # ********************** & Tracking # **********************). The company received the packages on September 1st. I have still not received my money back from this Company. I reported the fraud to my bank and they have issued me a new credit card.

            on 4/27/2023 at 8pm placed an order for keto gummies, spun the wheel and won a free bottle [ha ha], now I have to buy 2 to get 1 free for $69.99. The next day they sent an e-mail with a tracking number and showed they were billing me $199.99. Upon tracking I see a label had been printed but not shipped. I called the company to get the amount correct.... they said they would not refund my money because the order was shipped. I explained it hadn't. Fangs, the rep., refused my request, I requested a supervisor. He kept refusing, after 20 min. or so he gave me "Konan" a supposed supervisor. He refused also, but offered a 50% discount, I said no. He then offered me 70% discount. I said no. The circle started again, my request to cancel the order was denied over and over again. This outfit added product and changed the price, then refused to cancel the order. Konan hung up on me because I kept refusing his resolution of a discount and wanted to cancel the whole order. Once again, I checked tracking and it HAD NOT shipped, even though they said it had
