            We went in with a referral from primary as this was supposed to be a specialist. I was supposed to be treated by Dr ******************** Oriely, and was diagnosed with the questionnaire and nurse, then a female Dr of Asian decent came and checked my foot that primary said would need blood test and a specialist to confirm what is wrong with the scaly skin on my ankle. Dr (female, Asian) told me not to let anyone else cut my finger nails as they were going to do it ( translator provided for understanding). Then they asked me to pick up medicine at their pharmacy, not the one of my choosing (where I receive discounts), also gave me appointment for follow up and to prescribe the use of new shows, that they conveniently sell there, and would ask insurance if they will pay. I was charged $50 co-payment, $50 for prescribed medicine at their pharmacy (Next room), and want me to pay another $50 to cut my nails?, and are going to schedule another appointment (another $50 co-payment to sell me shoes I dont need at their office, if the insurance company does not pay? And so far all the money they want me to spend, addressed the scaly skin on my ankle with the same ointment that my primary prescribed, except I only paid $6 at my pharmacy(CVS)? They also provided me with foot powder? Is this a specialist that my primary referred (***************? Or is this someone working as fraud, pretending to be a specialist? Or is this office after insurance and patient money in fees that definitely not needed as a specialized medicine for feet?
