    3/21/24-Car alignment and 4 New Tires. I Purchased a new Set of tires with a front back wheel alignment, within 2 months my new tires were ruined due to poor alignment. Today 7.6.24 i came back to the company, and they refused to help me on this issue. They claimed that the tread is ruined on tire because of wear and tear, not possible since dont travel much. The owner refused me and my service. I got a professional alignment done else where, where as the mechanic proved to me that the alignment had no been touched what so ever. Milos tires never gave me an alignment and due to that the new tire they sold me are now all ruined.

     First of, this customer purchased 4 used ********************** and an alignment. They were never New tires like she claims. She paid $250 for 4 used Continental tires size 245/45/20 for her Chevrolet Camaro, and additional $60 for her alignment, plus tax. Attached I have shown directly from our website what the price for 4 new continental tires is actually worth with manufacturers warranty. But we take this as a compliment about our used tires like with many other customers that have come to us because of how good of a tread is in our inventory of used tires. Now our used tires don't carry any sort of warranty. Now with that being said we were still willing to help out this customer and cover those 2 used **********************. Now her complaint was that the alignment was not done correctly. Into which case we never denied her claim but instead, with her permission, lifted her car on the alignment rack and checked her alignment and showed her physically where the adjustments had been made on her own vehicle. Then after we inspected it she claimed that a different company had already fixed her alignment. But even then we were still trying to help her by telling her that we would refund her money paid for the alignment($60) and the 2 used worn down rear tires that were on the rear of this camaro that seemed questionable($125). We even offered her the refund amount as a credit towards Brand new Tires, to which she declined also. She wasn't trying to be resonable and was very demanding of a refund  of new tires which was a higher amount then of what she had paid. And then proceeded to leave and threaten us with reporting us when all we were doing was trying to help.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    This information provided from Milos tires is false, **** himself  contacted me personally through my cellphone number, he was being rude and at first he did not offer me any help, he made false accusations of what happened that day I had arrived to his shop regarding the damaged tires and Poor alignment. i did indeed get a new alignment done somewhere else (with receipt and proof)because I did not want the poor alignment to cause further damage to my vehicle . I would just like a refund, this shouldnt have happened in the first place, he offered a refund only if I return two of the tires I had purchased from him. Again, he advertised these tires as new, and I should not have to take accountability for ones mistakes. I did accept his offer of A full refund although I have to return the tires but he quickly changed his mind and proceeded to say Well just let the BBB decide . Im asking for a refund, not higher; that he mentioned that I said I demanded  or not less. I have the bank statement of the price I paid.

    This is another example of someone using this avenue to try and get their way no matter what and take advantage of the system. We take care of all our customers and understand that you can't make everyone happy as seen here in this example. We have never had an issue like this and we have our records to prove it. But it's understandable that no one is perfect and that is why we tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and tried to help her just like all of our customers. But this is outrageous. Once again this complaint is for used tires as we have already noted before. They were never new tires and the customer knows. I attempted to resolve this by giving her a call and giving her the brake down of the what she had payed for and what we were willing to compromise and help her with. Even tho she never bought brand new tires with warranty. She bought used tires and was never mislead like she keeps blaming us. We have proof of all our advertisements of used tires. Which was fair based on her initial complaint which was the 2 back tires and the alignment. But she didn't want to hear it and was very rude and interrupting and kept claiiming that we were not trying to help when the reason I called was to help her out. But since she kept calling me a liar and was not trying to come to a just aggrement. I did let her know she was within all her right to file a complaint but that she is trying to collect more then what she payed for and that what she is doing is not right. And she kept saying that it was an approximate  amount because she wasn't sure and that's far from the truth.
