Move from ** to ************ - July 25, 2022 **** took photos of everything but the bed and said I would be contacted. I'm still waiting.First they destroyed a new microwave oven. It fell off the cart onto the concrete while heading to the truck. It was placed on the truck as though nothing had happened. My niece who was sitting in her car texted me to say that it had dropped off the cart.It went from new to landfill in seconds. The mover tried to get away with it.In ************ there were a few discoveries once the furniture was unwrapped.The antique mirror was shattered. The Acrylic Bench leg was broken off and the bench was cracked.I can tell that the reason for this was that the blanket and tape were so tight that it forced the legs inward. This snapped the leg off.There are many spots where the finish has been rubbed off of various furniture pieces from not being protected. Legs of chairs show lines where the finish was removed.Out of all of the damage the Bludot bed is the one that hurts the most.I didnt notice until the movers were long gone and I went to assemble the bed that it was badly damaged.The mover (*****?) had to have noticed when he removed the blanket and leaned it against the wall that it was split and cracked and damaged.There is no way he wasnt aware of it. He just walked away without saying anything. Same as the guy with the microwave.The headboard and footboard have a bend in them. What happened is that it was wrapped and then treated as a flat piece that got wedged in with other pieces and crushed/flattened.It cracked and split badly. I glued and clamped it and assembled it. The lower portion can hold the mattress but I am nervous about the upper headboard. I definitely cant lean on it. It went from being a beautiful $1,900 bed to a defective piece of compromised embarrassment.Thats my experience. **** was the only one I could communicate with since the others didnt speak English.The owner won't return my call.

I hired Eagle and Moving to move one adjustable bed from Berkeley to *************, and the job was never completed. I thought that that this was be a two man charge, but the owner ****** said that this would be a three man. I thought that three people would be overkill and it ended up being that, overkill. The owner said that if anything was damaged, they'd make it right. I was concerned as the bed platform would cost $2,000 to replace. The owner said the total including shipping materials would be $437. He assured me that would be the total cost.The job was to break down the bed and re-assemble it when it got to my house. The bed was being being delivered and only two of the men did any work, the third one did nothing but to look to see where the bed was installed then when out and sat in the truck. While the two guys that moved the bed and were re-assmebling the bed, the 3rd guy was trying to bump up the total final price by $40. I asked why and advised him thdropprf at the owner said the total amount would be $437. Th conversation of course escalated, and instead of just calling the owner for clarification, we got into it. I told him to Fuc_ Of_ about the price. He then went to the middle of the street and started yelling "You're a mother fucke_" and yelling I was a "dic_ head". He then yelled at him employees to drop everything. The bed was not completely reassembled and am hiring someone to put it together as for physical reasons I could not. The driver then yell from the street "I'm keeping the remotes" and drove off. I contacted the owner to let him know what happened and sent pics of how the bed was left. The owner came back and dropped of the remotes, but the remote stands were missing. I called the owner 3 times to have someone complete the job, and never heard from him again. I'd never use their services even if they were free. There's no integrity with the owner due to his lack of actions and non-response.
