            I paid $12,799.00 to Gas pump Exchange. Check was deposited on 2/23/23. I was told a ***** Ovation 2 high flow diesel dispenser would be shipped out within 4 weeks.It is now 4 months later and there is no dispenser, no response. no refund. It is looking like theft at this point, and I would like a refund.*********************

            I ordered and paid for Fuel dispensers from this company on 10/31/2022 and was told the dispensers were in stock and would be shipped out in just a few weeks. As yet I have not received my paid for products and can not get a reply from them after repeated emails and phone calls to their voice mail.

            I ordered 2 gas dispanser and POS from gas pump exchange (Nov 2nd 2022) I talked with owner, his name is *****************, I paid the total invoice amount of $28,677 by bank check (attached)Problem is I paid for 2 ***** Ovation 2 (which is on invoice) but they sent me ***** Ovation 1 (Old model), I am trying to reach him and his office but no one answer the phones. I dont need ***** Ovation 1 gas dispansers, I need refund its not the $100 shopping. its kind of Federal issue because Im in NY, I need help from BBB. Thank you.
