My daughter's lease ended August 2022 and we have been promised a full refund of the $400 deposit. Contacting the ********** office in ****** ** has been impossible; no one answers the phone and unable to leave a message because the mailbox is full. After multiple attempts to get in touch with someone to assist **, we received a text and email that the refund will be sent etc. Nothing has arrived and now in contact with the management company, Nelson Partners. It is February 2023 and no refund yet. They responded it will be sent ASAP but cannot provide a time frame. We do not recommend any of their properties. Definitely steer clear.Review from Jerrica M

I moved into university towers (a property of Nelson partners) august of 2020 and from the start it was awful the apartment was not cleaned before I moved in. There was a hole in the ceiling that took tell March of 2022 to fix. They are now trying to charge me for a move out fee when I was told through text that I still have saying that I was good and they would take care of everything. I was also sent a invoice saying they owed me money. I have been trying to get this fee taken care of for almost a month. I do not recommend to move in to any of there complexs. They dont care about the people who live there.Review from Lisa S

Elevators constantly broken, my daughter hasnt had hot water in two weeks, The extra amenities are usually closed or not kept up. The management office of this building is terrible. There is no good mail system. You absolutely cannot ever get a hold of anybody. Steer clear of this business!
