            On 2/22/23 I went to this business to buy a truck bed liner (rhino liner) and paid ****** to have the back of my truck sprayed with the tough liner. Its been about 14 months and Ive noticed it has stared peeling. I didnt know why and didnt think much of it until a friend seen the patches that were peeling and touched the area and noticed that the paint had not even been sanded or scuffed so the spray rhino liner would bond correctly to my truck. This company just sprayed over my existing paint. Thats why it was peeling my friend told me. I didnt know what to do so I just thought I would pull up to the business and see what my options were. When ***** the owner looked at it, it took him about 30 seconds for him to say that he didnt even do the job! I was in such disbelief he caught me off gaurd. He asked to my receipt which I didnt have on hand ( I have my bank account statement saved) and he told me that actually even a receipt was not good enough that I had to provide him with some pamphlet that I never even received ***** the owner told me if I dont have the pamphlet there is nothing he can do.. he kept trying to insist I was scamming him for a new bed liner or something. I told him I have the reciept and he still said with out the pamphlet theres nothing he can do. Rhino liner has a lifetime warranty and Ive never once taken my truck anywhere else to get the liner repaired or anything. ***** the owner of the shop has been the only one to touch the bed of my truck. I just want what I paid for. Which is a long lasting,DONE RIGHT job. Or my money back so I can pay someone else to fix this nightmare of a job. Please help
